The Palacio de Torre Tagle is a building built during the colonial era of Peru that currently serves as the main headquarters of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Peru. It is located in the Jirón Ucayali in the historic center of Lima, two blocks southeast of the Plaza Mayor de Lima.It comprises a built area of 1699 m². The materials used in the construction of the Palacio de Torre Tagle were brought from Spain, Panama and other Central American countries.

The Monastery of Saint Rose of Lima (Spanish: Monasterio de Santa Rosa de Lima, Monasterio de Santa Rosa de Santa María or Santa Rosa de las Monjas) is a Catholic monastery dedicated to Saint Rose of Lima (born Isabel Flores de Oliva) located in the Jirón Santa Rosa, next to the Plaza Gastañeta in the historic centre of Lima, Peru.It is made up of the Church and the Monastery, it was built in the 17th and 18th centuries, next to the house in which Saint Rose of Lima lived and spent the last three months of her life until her death in her room on August 24, 1617. Said room has since been converted into a chapel.

The Casa Goyeneche, also known as the Palacio de Goyeneche, the Casa Cavero or Casa Rada, is an 18th-century historical building located at Jirón Ucayali, part of the historic centre of Lima, Peru. The 959.20 m2 two-storey building is named after the family that formerly owned it.

The Cultural Centre of the National School of Fine Arts (Spanish: Centro Cultural de la Escuela Nacional de Bellas Artes), also known as the Old Deposit and Consignment Fund (Spanish: Antigua Caja de Depósitos y Consignaciones), is a building located in the historic centre of Lima, Peru. It was designed by Ricardo de Jaxa Malachowski in the Beaux-Arts style and built in 1917. The property has had various uses and is currently used as an exhibition centre and as teaching classrooms. It is located on the corner of Huallaga and Azángaro streets.

The Museum of the Central Reserve Bank of Peru (Spanish: Museo del Banco Central de Reserva del Perú, MUCEN), known also as the BCRP Museum or simply Central Museum (Spanish: Museo Central), is an archaeological, numismatic and artistic museum of the Central Reserve Bank of Peru, located at the corners of Lampa and Ucayali streets, in the historic centre of Lima, Peru.

Simon Bolivar, also known as General Bolivar, is a bronze equestrian statue of Simón Bolívar by Adamo Tadolini. There are three casts. The original is located in the Plaza Bolívar in Lima, the first copy is in the Plaza Bolívar in Caracas and the second copy is in United Nations Plaza in San Francisco, California. The statue in Lima, which was made in Italy in the 1850s, is the oldest of the three. It was cast in Munich and the replica in Caracas was cast by the same foundry after the sculptor's death. The copy in San Francisco was engineered by Miriam Gandica Mora, cast by Victor Hugo Barrenchea-Villegas and dedicated in December 1984.

The Chinese Arch (Spanish: Arco Chino), also known as the Chinese Portal (Spanish: Portada China), is a paifang located at the entrance of Lima's Chinatown. It was donated by the Peruvian Chinese colony for the Sesquicentennial of the Independence of Peru and inaugurated with a great party on November 12, 1971, by the mayor of Lima Eduardo Dibós as part of the remodeling and enhancement of the area as a tourist attraction.In 2017, two 1.80-metre, 2.5-ton sculptures of lions located in the arch were unveiled.

Barrio chino (Chinese: 利马唐人街; pinyin: Lì mǎ tángrénjiē) is a neighborhood in Lima, Peru that is centered on two blocks – 7 and 8 – of Jirón Ucayali (Ucayali Street) in downtown. The neighborhood was founded in the mid-19th century by Chinese immigrants, but it was heavily damaged in the late 19th century by the War of the Pacific and further declined in the following decades. It experienced a revival starting in the 1970s and is now a thriving resource for Chinese-Peruvian culture.

The Museum of Congress and the Inquisition (Spanish: Museo del Congreso y la inquisición), also known as the Monumental Museum of the Inquisition and Congress (Spanish: Museo Monumental de la Inquisición y del Congreso), is a museum located at the former headquarters of the Tribunal of the Holy Office of the Inquisition in the neighbourhood of Barrios Altos, part of the historic centre of Lima, Peru. Located at the fifth block of Jirón Junín, next to the Plaza Bolívar, it is dedicated to the histories of both the Tribunal and the Congress of Peru.

The Plaza Bolivar is also known as the Plaza of Congress or Plaza of the Inquisition as it is surrounded by the Legislative Palace which is the seat of the Congress of Peru, and the site of the former Tribunal of the Inquisition. It is located in the Barrios Altos neighborhood of the Historic Center of Lima, the capital of Peru. It is located at the second block of Abancay avenue, three blocks east of the Plaza Mayor of Lima. Gatherings and parades are held at the plaza during national holidays due to Simon Bolivar, being the liberator of five South American countries, being the plaza's namesake.

The S&P/BVL Peru General Index (formerly IGBVL) is a value-weighted index that tracks the performance of the largest and most frequently traded stocks on the Lima Exchange.Other indices are S&P/BVL Peru Select and S&P/BVL Lima 25. The Basilica Metropolitan Cathedral of Lima and Primate of Peru, otherwise Lima Metropolitan Cathedral, is a Roman Catholic cathedral located in the Plaza Mayor of downtown Lima, Peru. This third and current Cathedral of Lima was built between 1602 and 1797. It is dedicated to St John, Apostle and Evangelist.
