The Western Sydney University Parramatta Campus is one of ten Western Sydney University campuses. It is situated in the suburb of Parramatta in the City of Parramatta. The campus consists of two sites; Parramatta South Campus (main campus, at Rydalmere) and Parramatta North Campus. The Parramatta City Campus is an extension of its existing Parramatta campus located in the Parramatta CBD.

Rydalmere Hospital is a heritage-listed former orphanage, psychiatric hospital and now university campus at 171 Victoria Road, Rydalmere, in the City of Parramatta, Sydney, New South Wales, Australia. It was formerly known as the Female Orphan School and Protestant Orphan School. It is now the Parramatta South Campus of the Western Sydney University. It was added to the New South Wales State Heritage Register on 2 April 1999.

Camellia railway station, originally Subiaco railway station, was a railway station in Sydney, Australia, that was open between 1885 and 2020. It was located on the Carlingford line, serving the suburb of Camellia and at the time of closure was served by Sydney Trains T6 Carlingford line services.

Sewage Pumping Station 67 is a heritage-listed sewage pumping station located on Grand Avenue, in the Sydney suburb of Camellia, in the City of Parramatta local government area of New South Wales, Australia. It was designed and built by the Metropolitan Water, Sewerage and Drainage Board from 1929 to 1930. It is also known as SPS 67 and SP0067. The pumping station is owned by Sydney Water. It was added to the New South Wales State Heritage Register on 15 November 2002.

Ponds/Subiaco Creek, a joint northern tributary of the Parramatta River, is a creek north-west of Sydney Harbour, located in the Northern Suburbs region of Sydney, New South Wales, Australia. The Creek is also known as The Ponds and the Subiaco Creek respectively. It is followed by a walking track known as 'The Ponds Walk'.

Hardies Platform was a railway station on the Sandown railway line in the then-industrial suburb of Camellia in Sydney, Australia. It opened 4 April 1938 and served a nearby factory owned by James Hardie Industries. On 18 June 1959, the original platform was replaced by a new one located on the up track on the Sandown side of the Grand Avenue level crossing. Passenger services on the Sandown line, and hence to Hardies, ceased on 19 December 1991.Hardie was among a number of companies that had private sidings on the line. These were named Hardies Asbestos Siding (originally the Asbestos Slate and Sheet Manufacturing Siding), which opened on 25 October 1916, and Hardies Asbestos Siding No. 2, which opened on 1 May 1926. Both sidings were connected separately to the line and were removed on 13 November 1990.

Goodyear Platform was a railway station on the Sandown railway line in the then-industrial suburb of Camellia in Sydney, Australia. It opened in January 1934 and served the Goodyear tyre factory in Camellia. The closure of Goodyear station preceded the closure of Hardies and Sandown.Goodyear was among a number of companies that had private sidings on the line.

Camellia is a suburb of Sydney, in the state of New South Wales, Australia. Primarily industrial with no residential population, environmental remediation commenced in late 2015, with the suburb ear-marked as a major centre for future high density living.Camellia is located 17 kilometres (11 mi) west of the Sydney central business district in the local government area of the City of Parramatta. The suburb is bounded by the Parramatta River to the north, Clay Cliff Creek to the west, Duck River to the east, and Grand Avenue. Camellia shares the postcode of 2142 with the separate suburbs of Granville, South Granville, Holroyd and Rosehill.

Macarthur House is a heritage-listed former residence and school building and now offices at 8 Melville Street, Parramatta, City of Parramatta, Sydney New South Wales, Australia. It was designed by James Houison (1850s house), Arthur William McKenzie Mowle (1923 wings) and David Sheedy (1981-2 works) and built from 1855 to 1856 by James Houison. It has also known as Morton House and Pemberton Grange. It was added to the New South Wales State Heritage Register on 2 April 1999.

Cream of Tartar Works Platform was a railway station located on the Sandown railway line in the then-industrial suburb of Camellia in Sydney, Australia. The station opened 7 March 1927 and served the Australian Cream Tartar Company factory in Camellia. It closed in July 1959, the same year the Sandown line was electrified in August.Cream of Tartar was among a number of companies that had private sidings on the line.

The Rosehill Gardens Racecourse is located in the Western Sydney suburb of Rosehill, in the state of New South Wales, Australia. It is operated by the Australian Turf Club. Rosehill holds horse races for thoroughbred gallopers on a grass surface. It is one of the two premier racecourses in Sydney, the other one being Randwick Racecourse. One of the main events held at Rosehill is the Golden Slipper race for two-year-olds. The track has a circumference of 2,048 metres (6,719 ft) with a home straight of 408 metres (1,339 ft).
