Hesperia High School

Hesperia is a city in San Bernardino County, California, United States. It is located 35 miles (56 km) north of downtown San Bernardino in Victor Valley and surrounded by the Mojave Desert. Because of its relatively high elevation and the unique and moderate weather patterns of the region, Hesperia is part of what is locally called the High Desert. The name "Hesperia" means "western land". The 2019 census report estimates that the city has a population of 95,750.

Desert Valley Hospital (DVH) is an 148-bed osteopathic acute care facility in the city of Victorville, San Bernardino County, California. It serves the Victor Valley region of the south−central Mojave Desert. DVH is currently owned and operated by Prime Healthcare Services, Inc. (PHS), a hospital management company located in Ontario, California. PHS was founded in 2001 by Prem Reddy, who is its present chairman of the board. The hospital is accredited by the American Osteopathic Association's Healthcare Facilities Accreditation Program.

Horsethief Canyon, is a canyon comprising the upper part of the Summit Valley in San Bernardino County, California. Its head lies at 34°19′33″N 117°25′38″W at an elevation of 3,800 feet just east of the summit of Cajon Pass, and its mouth at an elevation of 3,123 feet / 952 meters. California State Routes 138 and 173 pass through it. There is also a separate Horsethief Canyon in San Diego County, California, near Pine Valley, California and the Mexico–United States border. It is located in the Cleveland National Forest, in the Pine Creek Wilderness.

Summit Valley is a valley along SR 138 in the San Bernardino Mountains, east of Cajon Pass within San Bernardino County, California. Its mouth lies at an elevation of 3,048 feet (929 meters) west of the source of the Mojave River, at the confluence of the West Fork Mojave River and Deep Creek. The West Fork Mohave River descends from Silverwood Lake reservoir through the eastern part of Summit Valley to the confluence. The western half of Summit Valley narrows into what is called Horsethief Canyon, that reaches to the head of Summit Valley at 34°19′34″N 117°25′39″W, just east of the summit of Cajon Pass.

Silverwood Lake is a large reservoir in San Bernardino County, California, United States, located on the West Fork Mojave River, a tributary of the Mojave River in the San Bernardino Mountains. It was created in 1971 (1971) as part of the State Water Project by the construction of the Cedar Springs Dam as a forebay on the 444 mi (715 km) long California Aqueduct (consequently inundating the former town of Cedar Springs), and has a capacity of 73,000 acre⋅ft (90,000,000 m3).

Baldy Mesa is a summit whose tallest peaks on its southern extremity, overlook the upper Cajon Canyon in San Bernardino County, California. Its tallest point is an unnamed 4,964 foot high hill on the southwest end of the mesa overlooking the upper Cajon Canyon. The heights that lie along the ridge overlooking the canyon toward the east gradually descend in elevation from one approximately 4,770 feet to the 4,606 foot hill at its far southeastern end at 34°21′34″N 117°28′39″W. The mesa descends gradually in elevation to the north, toward the distant Mohave River. it is bounded on the east by the Oro Grande Wash.

Silverado High School is a high school in Victorville, California, United States. It is part of the Victor Valley Union High School District. Construction began on Silverado High School in 1996, its first class graduated in 1999. Silverado's primary rival is the cross-town Victor Valley High School Jackrabbits.
