Adolph Zang Mansion is a historic house located at 709 Clarkson Street in Denver, Colorado.

Speer is the official name for the Denver neighborhood bounded by 7th Avenue (north), Broadway (West), Alameda Avenue (South) and Downing Street (East). The northeast portion northeast of Speer Boulevard is generally referred to as Alamo Placita due to a local park and historic district of this name.

The Wood–Morris–Bonfils house is a French Mediterranean Revival style house in the Capitol Hill neighborhood of Denver, Colorado. It was built in 1909 or 1911. In 1974 it was listed on the National Register of Historic Places.The house was the home of Guilford S. Wood, and later Andrew S. Hughes, and Helen Bonfils. In the early 1980s it housed the Mexican Consulate, and after 1985 was divided into condominiums. The house was documented by the Historic American Buildings Survey in 1967.

South Marion Street Parkway is a historic parkway in Denver, Colorado. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1986 as part of a set of listings commemorating Denver's Park and Parkway System.It is a four-block section which was completed in 1913.

Grant–Humphreys Mansion in Denver, Colorado, was built in 1902, in the Neoclassical style of architecture by Boal and Harnois, for James Benton Grant following his one term as the third Governor of Colorado (1883–1885). The house has been home to two families.

The Colorado Governor's Mansion, also known as the Cheesman-Boettcher Mansion, is a historic U.S. mansion in Denver, Colorado. It is located at 400 East 8th Avenue. On December 3, 1969, it was added to the U.S. National Register of Historic Places. It is open free-of-charge for scheduled tours, and also hosts special public events.

Country Club is a neighborhood of Denver, Colorado. According to the Piton Foundation, "The Country Club neighborhood is bounded by University Boulevard, Cherry Creek, Downing Street, and 8th Avenue. Two main features of the neighborhood are the Denver Country Club and Country Club Place subdivision, designed by William and Arthur Fisher, working with Frederick Law Olmsted, Jr. in 1909."The neighborhood consists of 380 homes, making it one of Denver's smallest in number of homes. However, most of the lots and houses are large. Part of the neighborhood forms the Country Club Historic District, but the boundaries of the historic district and the neighborhood proper are not the same; the historic district is smaller and goes from 1st Ave. to 4th Ave. and from Downing St. to University Ave. At Race St. the district goes from 1st to 6th Ave. The Denver Country Club, a private club, is located on the southern boundary of the neighborhood, along Cherry Creek.

First Congregational Church (also known as Metropolitan Community Church of the Rockies) is a historic church in Denver, Colorado. Its church building was added to the National Register in 1987.The First Congregational Church of Denver was organized in 1864. After several moves and expansion, the church determined in 1905 that it needed to construct a new building, and purchased four lots at 10th Avenue and Clarkson Street for $5,000. The sanctuary was built in 1907 and a fellowship hall wing was completed in 1910.The sanctuary is essentially cubical and has a three-story corner bell tower. With the added social hall wing, the church is 64 by 108 feet (20 m × 33 m) in plan. It was designed by Robert S. Roeschlaub Roeschlaub & Son in what its National Registration nomination terms "Lombardic Revival" style, i.e. its design was inspired by 7th and 8th century Italian Lombard style.The property also includes a 1912 parsonage built in foursquare style.

The John and Elivera Doud House was the residence of John Doud and Elivera M. Doud, the parents of Mamie Eisenhower, and the in-laws of U.S. President Dwight D. Eisenhower

The Rainbow Ballroom, at 38 E 5th Avenue (at N Lincoln Street), Denver, was a dance hall that was one of the best known dance halls west of the Mississippi, according to a 1946 Billboard article. Its capacity of 3,000 made it the largest indoor dance hall in Colorado during its 28 years of existence — from its opening day on September 16, 1933, to its closing day in 1961.

The Leeman Auto Company Building, at 550 Broadway in Denver, Colorado, was built in 1932 and expanded in 1934. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2001.It is an L-shaped one-story Art Deco-style building built of brick and terra cotta to serve as an automobile showroom and service facility.The 1932 original building was probably designed by architect Raymond Harry Ervin; he is documented as having designed the large expansion in 1934.

The Mayan Theater (110 Broadway, Denver, Colorado) is a movie house that opened in 1930 and was part of the Fox Theater Corporation and Fox Intermountain Theaters. Its life as a Fox Theatre is denoted on top of its neon marquee. As with many theaters across the U.S., it ran an A and B slate of films throughout the day. During the Great Depression, the theater held grocery nights where customers had the opportunity to win groceries. The theater closed around 1984. In 1986, the theatre was converted into a three-plex by closing off the balcony and dividing it into two additional small theatres. This conversion included a restoration of the interior walls, decore and lobby. Landmark Theaters has operated the location as an "art house" since 1986. The Mayan is one of the country's three remaining theatres designed in the Art Deco Mayan Revival style. The city of Denver has declared it to be a historic landmark.
