National McKinley Birthplace Memorial

The Niles Masonic Temple is a historic Masonic building in Niles, Ohio. It was constructed in 1923 as a meeting hall for a local Masonic lodge, and was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2006. In 2009 the Masons moved to new premises, and today the building houses the Genesis Christian Community Center.

The McKinley Birthplace Home and Research Center is a reconstruction of a home on the site of the birth of America's twenty-fifth President, William McKinley, in Niles, Ohio.

The William McKinley Federal Savings and Loan was a bank located in Niles, Ohio. It sat on the site of William McKinley's birthplace, which was moved twice before it was destroyed in 1937. The McKinley Birthplace Home and Research Center now occupies the site. The plaque which hung in the bank is now located in the replica birthplace.

It is a suburb of the Youngstown–Warren metropolitan area. Niles is best known as the birthplace of William McKinley, the 25th President of the United States. Located in the nation's former industrial belt, the city's economy focused initially on iron manufacturing but later diversified to include steel and glass production. After the decline of the manufacturing sector throughout the northern United States in the 1970s, Niles has adapted to become a retail hub for the northern Mahoning Valley, with development centered around the Eastwood Mall complex and along the U.S. Route 422 corridor. The Mahoning Valley Scrappers, an MLB Draft League affiliate, play at Eastwood Field in Niles.

Meander Creek is a stream in the U.S. state of Ohio, specifically the counties of Mahoning and Trumbull. It is a tributary of the Mahoning River. The creek is impounded by the Meander Creek Reservoir. The creek was so named on account of its meandering course.

Mineral Ridge High School is a public high school in Mineral Ridge, Ohio. It is the only high school in the Weathersfield Local Schools district. It houses Grades 7–12. Their nickname is the Rams and their colors are orange and black. Mineral Ridge serves students primarily in Weathersfield Township.

Its anchor stores are Boscov's, Dillard's, JCPenney, Macy's, and Target. The mall contains over 100 stores and restaurants across 1,600,000 sq ft (150,000 m2) of space. The mall is part of the greater Eastwood Mall Complex, which includes a variety of outdoor strip plazas totaling in over 3,200,000 square feet (300,000 m2) of shopping space.

It is a suburb of the Youngstown–Warren metropolitan area. Mineral Ridge was named for valuable coal deposits near the original town site.
