The Canton of Romilly-sur-Seine-1 is a former canton of the arrondissement of Nogent-sur-Seine, in the Aube department, in northern France. It had 9,558 inhabitants (2012). It was disbanded following the French canton reorganisation which came into effect in March 2015. It consisted of 12 communes:

Its source is in the Haute-Marne department, on the plateau of Langres, near the town of Auberive. It flows through the departments of Haute-Marne, Côte-d'Or, Aube, and Marne. It flows into the river Seine near Marcilly-sur-Seine. Cities along the river include Bar-sur-Aube and Arcis-sur-Aube.

The Canal de la Haute-Seine (French pronunciation: [kanal də la ot sɛn]) is an abandoned canal in central France. It used to connect the navigable Seine at Marcilly-sur-Seine to Troyes. It was constructed between 1808 and 1846. It was closed for navigation in 1957.
