Lady Meredith House, also known as the H. Vincent Meredith Residence, is a historic mansion located at 1110 Pine Avenue West on the corner of Peel Street, in what is today known as the Golden Square Mile of Montreal, Quebec. It was originally named Ardvarna and is now owned by McGill University. The building was designated as a National Historic Site of Canada on November 16, 1990. The house is situated at an altitude of 129 m.

The Faculty of Medicine and Health Sciences is one of the constituent faculties of McGill University. It was established in 1829 after the Montreal Medical Institution was incorporated into McGill College as the college's first faculty; it was the first medical faculty to be established in Canada. The Faculty awarded McGill's first degree, and Canada's first medical degree to William Leslie Logie in 1833.McGill's Faculty of Medicine and Health Sciences is one of the most well-regarded medical schools in the world. Many researchers, physicians, clinicians, and pioneers within their respective fields have graduated from or have been affiliated with the faculty. Its graduates have gone on to found the Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine and the Johns Hopkins Hospital. There have been at least two Nobel Prize laureates who have completed their entire education at McGill University including MD at the McGill University Faculty of Medicine and Health Sciences including Andrew Schally (Nobel Prize in Physiology or Medicine 1977) and David H. Hubel (Nobel Prize in Physiology or Medicine 1981).

The School of Information Studies (SIS) at McGill University is engaged in the education of information professionals and scholars, individuals who can make a difference to the management and design of information resources, services, and systems to ensure adequate access to information and knowledge for all. The School inherits the rich traditions of service from librarianship. As the pioneer school of its kind in Canada, SIS has been offering programs at McGill since 1897, and its Masters program has been continuously accredited by the American Library Association since 1929.The School is located in a historic building at 3661 Peel Street on the downtown McGill University campus.

The Maude Abbott Medical Museum is a medical museum located at McGill University in Montreal, Quebec, Canada. The museum is named after Canadian doctor Maude Abbott, who served as curator at the museum in the late 19th century.

The Montreal Aquarium was a public aquarium on St. Helen's Island, Montreal, Quebec, Canada. It was built in 1966 for Expo 67 and shut down in 1991. It reopened as the Nintendo Mégadôme from 1995 to 2007. The Expo pavilion was originally sponsored by Alcan Aluminum Ltd., who built the site as a joint venture with the City of Montreal and the Zoological Society of Montreal. The main aquarium featured penguin pools, exhibits space and a gift shop. The separate dolphin pool had a 900-seat auditorium, show pool and holding tanks.

The Osler Library Archival Collection is an ensemble of more than 200 archival fonds held at the Osler Library of the History of the Medicine, at the third floor of the McIntyre Medical Sciences Building in Montreal.

The Osler Library, a branch of the McGill University Library, is Canada's foremost scholarly resource for the history of medicine, and one of the most important libraries of its type in North America. It is currently located in the McIntyre Medical Sciences Building in Montréal.

The McIntyre Medical Sciences Building is part of the McGill University campus in Montreal, Quebec, Canada. A concrete building built in 1965, it is known for its circular shape. The McIntyre Building is the central hub of the McGill University Faculty of Medicine. Its sixteen floors include classrooms, research facilities, laboratories, offices and a cafeteria. Its design, by Canadian architect Janet Leys Shaw Mactavish of the architecture firm Marshall and Merrett, is meant to reduce traffic and circulation between rooms.Its position on the sloping side of Mount Royal, and the requirement for there to be two entrances at different levels (ground and 6th floors), made it a difficult architectural design site. Its modern circular shape and design, as well as its height amidst the older buildings of the McGill campus, contributed to Montreal's image at the time of the Expo 67 World's Fair. The McIntyre Building, as it is generally known, houses, among other services and departments, the Osler Library of the History of Medicine (named after one of McGill's most famous medical graduates and professors and an icon of modern medicine William Osler) the Departments of Pharmacology & Therapeutics, Biochemistry, Physiology, and Anesthesia. The Life Sciences Library, which was the successor to the McGill Medical library, founded in 1823. was moved to the Schulich Library of Science and Engineering in 2013–2014. It is part of the McGill University Life Sciences Research Complex.

The Faculty of Law is one of the professional graduate schools of McGill University in Montreal, Quebec, Canada. It is the oldest law school in Canada, and continually ranks among the best law schools in the world. The faculty is known for its holistic approach though highly selective and competitive process for admission. Only 180 candidates are admitted for any given academic year and the acceptance rate is generally at 11%. McGill Faculty of Law has consistently ranked as the top law school for civil law, a top law school for common law, the most number of Supreme Court clerkships of any law school in Canada, and consistently outranks Europe, Asia, and Latin America's top civil law schools.Notable alumni include Prime Ministers John Abbott and Sir Wilfrid Laurier, thirteen Justices of the Supreme Court (Including the most recent appointments, Mahmud Jamal and Nicholas Kasirer), as well as numerous Members of Parliament. Three members of the current Cabinet of Canada are graduates of the Faculty: Catherine McKenna, David Lametti, and Marc Miller.

The Montreal Neurological Institute-Hospital (MNI), also known as Montreal Neuro or The Neuro, is a research and medical centre dedicated to neuroscience, training and clinical care, located in the city's downtown core of Montreal, Quebec, Canada. It is part of the McGill University Health Centre network and it is situated on the southern slope of Mount Royal along the east side of University Street, just north of Pine Avenue. It was founded in 1934 by neurosurgeon Wilder Penfield, who developed the Montreal procedure there for the treatment of epilepsy.

The McTavish reservoir (French: Réservoir McTavish), named for Simon McTavish, is an underground reservoir and park located within McGill University's campus on the southern slope of Mount Royal in Montreal, Quebec, Canada. It holds 37 million gallons of water and is supplied by its large Château Style pump-houses located in the south-eastern corner of the park. Atop the reservoir is Rutherford Park. It also is the location of the McTavish automated weather reporting station (CWTA, 71612).

Percival Molson Memorial Stadium (also known in French as Stade Percival-Molson; commonly referred to as Molson Stadium in English or Stade Molson in French) is an outdoor football stadium located downtown on the slopes of Mount Royal in the borough of Ville-Marie in Montreal, Quebec, Canada. Named in honour of Percival Molson, it is owned by McGill University and was the home of the Montreal Alouettes of the Canadian Football League from 1954 to 1967 and has been since 1998. The stadium is also home to the McGill Redbirds and Martlets of the RSEQ, the Montreal Royal of the American Ultimate Disc League, and the Canadian Corporate Soccer League, the largest amateur corporate league in Canada. The Selwyn House Gryphons high-school football team also play their home games at the stadium. The stadium has a capacity of 20,025.
