Burton is a city in Genesee County in the state of Michigan and a suburb of Flint. The population was 29,999 at the 2010 census, making Burton the second largest city in Genesee County.

WKVR (88.9 FM) is a radio station broadcasting a contemporary Christian format. Licensed to Flint, Michigan, it is a member of the K-Love radio network.

Courtland Center, formerly Eastland Mall, is an enclosed shopping mall in Burton, Michigan, a suburb of Flint, Michigan, United States. It opened in 1968, two years before the larger Genesee Valley Center on the other side of the Flint metropolitan area. Courtland Center includes four anchor stores: JCPenney, Dunham's Sports, Staples, and Jo-Ann Etc., plus an exhibit space operated by Sloan Museum.

The Dort Financial Center (originally IMA Sports Arena and formerly Perani Arena and Event Center) is a sports, entertainment and convention venue located in Flint, Michigan, United States. It opened in 1969 and is the home of the Flint Firebirds who play in the Ontario Hockey League.

Dort Mall (formerly Small Mall and Mid-America Plaza) is a shopping mall located in Flint, Michigan. It was built in two stages in 1964 and 1965, three years before Courtland Center and five years before Genesee Valley Center, making it the oldest mall in Genesee County. It is owned by the Perani family, who also owns Perani's Hockey World, which along with Bargain Hunterz and City Market, is one of the mall's anchor tenants.

First Baptist Church of Grand Blanc is a historic church at 6106 S. Saginaw Street in Grand Blanc, Michigan. It was built in 1851 and added to the National Register in 1983. It still serves the local Baptist congregation.

Bentley High School is located in Burton, Michigan. Serving students from the 9th grade to the 12th grade, it is part of the Bentley Community Schools. The high school offers programs in band, music, drama, and sports (with a team name of "the Bentley Bulldogs"), as well as other programs.

Bentley Community School District is a public school district in Genesee County in the U.S. state of Michigan and in the Genesee Intermediate School District. It serves Belsay and Lapeer Heights Neighorhoods of the City of Burton.

WFLT (1420 AM) is a radio station broadcasting an Urban Gospel format. Licensed to Flint, Michigan, it first began broadcasting as WAMM in 1955. As WAMM, 1420 AM was the area's premier African-American-oriented R&B station for years. The station also provided an early on-air job for future American Top 40 host Casey Kasem (who moved on to WJBK in Detroit and then to Los Angeles). Though primarily targeted at black listeners, WAMM had many white listeners as well. In the fall of 1979, WDZZ-FM signed on as Flint's first urban FM station and quickly became a ratings success. WAMM never recovered and adopted Al Ham's Music of Your Life format in early 1981, changing its calls to the current WFLT. The station soon switched to religious programming and was purchased in 1990 by the Christian Evangelical Broadcasting Association, the current owners, who converted the station back to its African-American-oriented roots, but this time as the successful gospel-music station that it still is today.

Flint station is an inter-modal transportation center in Flint, Michigan. It is served by Amtrak's Blue Water route, and doubles as the intercity bus station for Amtrak Thruway and Indian Trails, as well as the local city bus service, the Flint Mass Transportation Authority, who owns the station. The station was built as part of the Amtrak Standard Stations Program.
