SBCS Global Learning Institute Limited (SBCS GLI), formerly The School of Business and Computer Science, is a tertiary level academic institution based in Trinidad and Tobago. SBCS GLI partners with the Heriot Watt University, University of London, University of Greenwich, University of Sunderland and University of Leicester. With the institute offering a variety of programmes, qualifications and certifications in Computing and Information Technology, Business and Management, Accounting and Finance, Engineering, Health and Safety, Procurement, Art and Design, and Media Communications. Commonly referred to as “SBCS”, the SBCS GLI operates campuses in Champs Fleurs, San Fernando and Trincity.

Valsayn is a town in Trinidad and Tobago. It is located along the East–West Corridor in northern Trinidad between the Eastern Main Road, Uriah Butler Highway, Churchill–Roosevelt Highway and Curepe. Valsayn consists of a small number of luxury residential communities divided between Valsayn-North and Valsayn-South, as well as settlements on the outskirts on the southern side of the highway, such as Bamboo Settlement on the West and Spring Village on the East. It is one of the most expensive residential areas on the island. Among its inhabitants are political figures, businessmen and foreign investors. The Valpark Shopping Plaza is one of the oldest shopping malls in Trinidad and Tobago. It is also the site of Cipriani College of Labour and Co-Operative Studies, the Valsayn campus of the University of Trinidad and Tobago, the factory of Nestlé Trinidad and Tobago Limited, and has two licensed radio broadcasters, Radio 90.5 and Heartbeat 103.5.

St. Joseph was founded in 1592 by Antonio de Berrio and is the oldest town in Trinidad and Tobago. Originally named San José de Oruña, it served as the capital of Spanish Trinidad between 1592 and 1783. In 1595 the place was attacked and held by Sir Walter Raleigh and was used as a base for his exploration of the Orinoco river in search of the fabled city of El Dorado. Soon after his return the place was burnt and sacked. St. Joseph is not an incorporated municipality. It falls within the boundaries of the Tunapuna–Piarco region. Today it is the home of several different schools, including St. Joseph's Convent, St. Joseph Boys Roman Catholic School, St. Joseph Girls Roman Catholic School, St. Joseph Government School, St. Joseph College, T.M.L Primary School, St Joseph and St. Xavier's Preparatory School.

The Jinnah Memorial Mosque is a mosque in Saint Joseph, Tunapuna–Piarco Region, Trinidad and Tobago.

The Cipriani College of Labour and Cooperative Studies (CCLCS) is a public university located in Trinidad and Tobago. The CCLCS was established in 1966 and its main campus is located in Valsayn but there are satellite locations in San Fernando and Tobago. The college is named in honor of the labour leader Arthur Andrew Cipriani.

The St. Joseph R.C. Church is a religious building that is affiliated with the Catholic Church and is located on the street Abercromby (La Rue Decide) of the town of St. Joseph (founded by the Spanish as San Jose de Oruña), part of the Tunapuna–Piarco region in the north of the island of Trinidad in the Caribbean and island country of Trinidad and Tobago. The temple follows the Roman or Latin rite and depends on the Metropolitan Archdiocese of Port of Spain. The original church dated from the 16th century when Domingo de Vera y Orun took possession of the island of Trinidad on behalf of the King of Spain, but this first temple was looted and destroyed by attacks of English and Dutch, was rebuilt in 1690, but in 1810 the building collapse, being rebuilt between 1815 and 1817. The temple guarded the remains of three Capuchin friars who were massacred by Indians working in the Mission of Saint Raphael. In 1989 excavations were conducted in the burial place of religious who were transferred to the Church of St. Raphael.

San Juan (pronounced, in the local English dialect, "sah-wah") is a town in Trinidad and Tobago. Located in San Juan–Laventille region in Saint George County, it lies within the East-West Corridor Metropolitan Area, between Laventille and Saint Joseph.

St. Augustine Girls' High School is one of five Presbyterian secondary schools in Trinidad and Tobago. It was founded in 1950 for girls between 11–19. It is a seven-year school, and caters to students writing both the Caribbean Examination Council (CXC) CSEC and CAPE exams. The school is among the top secondary schools in the country and cops several national scholarships annually.

Lakshmi Girls' Hindu College, officially Shri Bhadase Sagan Maraj Lakshmi Girls' Hindu College, located in Trinidad and Tobago, is a school in the East-West corridor and is situated between Deane and McCarthy Street along the Eastern Main Road. The current principal is Sonia Mahase-Persad while the current vice principal is Cherrie-Anne Ramnarine. The school teaches several subject areas including visual arts, social studies, integrated science, English, math, history, geography, physics, chemistry, biology, sociology, Spanish, French, food and nutrition. There are also many co-curricular activities and extra curricular activities. As of 2021, they have received six President's Medals (Shivrani Prabhudial 2015 (business studies), Priya Maraj 2016 (environmental sciences), Veshala Goon 2017 (business studies), Amrita Singh 2018 (general studies), Celine Roodal 2019 (science) and Nikeesha Nancoo 2021 (business). The school also holds competitions to help students with their learning. Some of these competitions are Annual Sports Day, Interhouse competition which is held so all houses compete against each other to win first place. Houses at Lakshmi Girl's are identified by their colour; for example, Saraswati house is known by their blue colour and red goes to Lakshmi house, purple to Shakti house, yellow to Vidya house and green to Sita house. At Lakshmi Girls' all rules and regulations must be carried out carefully. On Tuesdays and Thursdays a Home Room period is held where every class spends some time with their form teacher to discuss matters concerning the class as well as to inspect the students nails, hair, proper uniform etc. Every Wednesday morning there are staff meetings held in the different subject departments. Lakshmi Girls' Hindu College also partakes in many indoor and outdoor activities where there is participation from international and regional schools so that there is a broader connection to the rest of the world.

Saint Augustine is a town in the northwest of Trinidad, Trinidad and Tobago.

The University of the West Indies at St. Augustine is a public research university in St. Augustine, Trinidad and Tobago. It is one of 5 general campuses in the University of the West Indies system, which are ranked 1st in the Caribbean. It is ranked 1st in Trinidad and Tobago and 28th best in Latin America.Although St. Augustine is the main campus in Trinidad and Tobago, there is also a satellite campus of UWI St. Augustine in nearby Mount Hope (within the Eric Williams Medical Sciences Complex) that houses the Faculty of Medical Sciences of the University. UWI St. Augustine, which began in 1960, was borne out of the Imperial College of Tropical Agriculture. It is the only member university of the system that boasts a Faculty of Food and Agriculture, an area of expertise that has long been interwoven into the history of the Caribbean islands.The University confers degrees from bachelor to doctoral levels.The University offers student exchange programmes to colleges around the world such as McGill University, University of Toronto, Concordia University, Queen's University, University of St. Andrews, University of Freiburg, Bordeaux Montaigne University, École supérieure de commerce et management, Middlesex University, University of Wisconsin Madison, Stockholm University to name a few and others.

The Sir Frank Worrell Memorial Ground is a cricket stadium in Saint Augustine, Trinidad and Tobago. The stadium is named after Frank Worrell, a West Indies cricketer. First-class cricket was played on the ground three times during the 1970s, during which time it was used as a home ground for East Trinidad. In preparation for the 2007 Cricket World Cup, $1.5 million was spent on refurbishing the ground, which was used for four warm-up matches for the tournament. The ground has been used intermittently as a first-class venue since then, including the semi-final of the 2010–11 Regional Four Day Competition.
