Ullern is a borough of the city of Oslo, Norway.

Ullern Church (Ullern kirke) is a cruciform Romanesque church on the Holgerslyst property in the Ullern borough of Oslo, Norway. It is the parish church for the Ullern congregation in the Vestre Aker Deanery of the Diocese of Oslo.

Ullern is a light rail station on the Oslo Tramway. Located in Ullern borough, it was opened by Kristiania Elektriske Sporvei together with the rest of the Lilleaker Line, as an extension of the Skøyen Line. It is between Furulund (Bestum) and Abbediengen.

Bestum is a neighbourhood in Ullern in Oslo, Norway. Before the residential area arose, Bestum was mainly an agricultural area. The name origins from the Middle Ages. Bestum was served by a station named "Bestun" and the tram stop Bestum, but both are now closed. The residential houses in the area are drawn in Swiss chalet style.

Furulund is a light rail station on the Oslo Tramway. It is located north of Vækerø in Ullern borough.

Vækerø Manor (Norwegian: Vækerø gård) is a historic manor house situated in Oslo, Norway. Vækerø Manor is located in the neighborhood of Vækerø in the district of Ullern on Oslo's west side. The house manor was formerly a part of a larger estate related to the owners of the Bærums Verk ironworks in the nearby community of Bærum. Historically, the manor belonged to members of the Løvenskiold family. Much of the property was later sold to the aluminium company, Norsk Hydro. The manor house is a large brick building designed during 1880 after drawings by architect, Heinrich Ernst Schirmer. Vækerø Manor was constructed in 1881 for prominent politician and landowner, Carl Otto Løvenskiold, who maintained it as a residence.

Ullernåsen is an Oslo Metro station located at Ullern in Oslo, Norway. It is on Kolsås Line between Åsjordet and Montebello. It was opened on 15 June 1942. Since June 2006 it was temporarily closed while Kolsåsbanen was upgraded, and reopened on 18 August 2008.

Bestun Station (Norwegian: Bestun stasjon) was a railway station situated at Bestum of the Ullern area of Oslo, Norway, on the Drammen Line. The station, located 4.31 kilometers (2.68 mi) from Oslo West Station (Oslo V), was served by Oslo Commuter Rail trains of the Norwegian State Railways. The station opened as Vækkerø on 15 July 1884. It received a new station building, designed by Paul Due in 1890, and took the name Bestum on 15 August 1890. The third and current station building, designed by Eivind Gleditsch, was completed in 1918. This allowed the station to receive its form as an elevated. The name Bestun was taken into use on 1 September 1922, a week after electric traction and double track had been established past it. The station was one of several closed on 3 July 1973 as part of a service upgrade to speed up local trains on the Drammen Line. Due's station building has been preserved and is on display at the Norwegian Railway Museum.

Oslo University Hospital, Radiumhospitalet (Norwegian: Oslo universitetssykehus, Radiumhospitalet) is one of the four campuses of Oslo University Hospital in Oslo, Norway, and is dedicated to cancer treatment. This part of the hospital is the most specialized hospital in Norway for cancer therapy and research on cancer. The Norwegian Radium Hospital was an independent hospital from May 21, 1932, to 2005, when it merged with Rikshospitalet. The hospital was founded with Severin Andreas Heyerdahl as chief physician and director, and Hans L. C. Huitfeldt as chairman of the board. From 1983 to the merge with Rikshospitalet in 2005 Jan Vincents Johannessen was CEO.The Radium Hospital merged in 2005 with Rikshospitalet to create Rikshospitalet-Radiumhospitalet HF. On January 1, 2009, Rikshospitalet merged with Ullevål University Hospital and Aker University Hospital to create Oslo University Hospital.

Åsjordet is a station on the Kolsås Line and Line 3 on the Oslo Metro system. It is located between Ullernåsen and Bjørnsletta, 7.4 kilometers (4.6 mi) from Stortinget. The station was opened on 15 June 1942 when the line from Røabanen to Jar was completed.Along with most of the line, Åsjordet was closed for upgrades from 1 July 2006. The station reopened on 18 August 2008 after an upgrade that included, among other things, longer platforms which can accommodate trains with up to six cars like most of the subway system.The area around Åsjordet is mainly residential, but some offices and other commercial buildings are also located in the area.
