The Guaranty Building is a historic site in West Palm Beach, Florida. It is located at 120 South Olive Avenue. It was deemed historically significant as "it was the biggest real estate investment in the history of West Palm Beach" at the time of its construction in 1922, and also for its association with architect Henry Stephen Harvey.On December 10, 1998, it was added to the U.S. National Register of Historic Places.

Palm Beach County is a county located in the southeastern part of Florida and lies directly north of Broward County and Miami-Dade County. More recently, the county acquired national attention during the 2000 presidential election, when a controversial recount occurred. As of 2004, Palm Beach County is Florida's wealthiest county, with a per capita personal income of $44,518. It leads the state in agricultural productivity; agriculture is Palm Beach County's second-largest industry, after real estate development. In undeveloped (central and western) Palm Beach County there is significant tropical agricultural production, especially nurseries, truck crops (vegetables), and sugar cane. Palm Beach County has been called the "Winter Vegetable Capital" of the nation.

The Professional Building is a historic site in West Palm Beach, Florida. It is located at 310 South Dixie Highway. On October 24, 1996, it was added to the U.S. National Register of Historic Places.

The Plaza (formerly known as Trump Plaza and Trump Plaza of the Palm Beaches), is a twin-tower condominium property located along the Intracoastal Waterway in West Palm Beach, Florida. The property was developed by Robert Armour and Michael Guider through their company, Armour Guider Development Corporation. Construction of the project, originally known as The Plaza, began in 1981. After several construction delays, The Plaza opened in October 1985, although Robert Armour had only minimal success in selling the condominium units. In 1986, the property was foreclosed and then sold to businessman Donald Trump, who renovated and renamed it as Trump Plaza later that year. Trump intended to sell the property's remaining 120 units within a year and a half. Although sales increased because of the Trump name, 50 percent of the units remained unsold as of 1990. The remaining units were auctioned. The name of the property was changed in January 2021 after the 2021 United States Capitol attack.

The Richard and Pat Johnson Palm Beach County History Museum is a history museum in West Palm Beach, Palm Beach County, Florida. The museum's exhibits and collection cover local history, with a permanent collection of millions of objects and images that span over 12,000 years of Palm Beach County and Florida history. The museum offers multiple exhibits, ranging from online collections to in-person displays, including both its permanent People and Places galleries as well as temporary special exhibits that open each fall, located in the Courtroom Gallery on the third floor of the 1916 courthouse. It is operated by the Historical Society of Palm Beach County. The museum is housed in a 1916 courthouse building, at 300 North Dixie Highway.
