As of 2019 the estimated population was recorded to be 27,001 residents. In 2020 the population was recorded as 28,973 residents.

Lincoln Elementary was not included in the ratings, as it was not open for the 2017-2018 school year.

It was built about 1881, and is a one-story, rectangular red brick building with Italianate style design elements. The school closed in 1916. It was restored starting in 2004.It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2009.
