The Macau Government Headquarters (Chinese: 澳門特別行政區政府總部; Portuguese: Sede do Governo da Região Administrativa Especial de Macau da República Popular da China), formerly Governor's Palace (Portuguese: Palácio do Governador) is the official office of the Chief Executive of Macau and has been since 1999. It is located in São Lourenço.

The Former Court Building, or Old Court Building, is a former courthouse located at 459 Avenida da Praia Grande in Macau. Built in 1951, the building was used as offices for the Portuguese colonial government, including the Judiciary Police headquarters, and then as a courthouse. It has been designated as a structure of importance. Plans to convert the building for use as the new Macao Central Library were axed in 2020. Instead, the building is now planned to house the Court of Final Appeal.

The Macao Public Library (Chinese: 澳門公共圖書館; Portuguese: Biblioteca Pública de Macau) is the public library system of Macau. The head office is on the ground floor of the old building of the Sir Robert Ho Tung Library in São Lourenço.

The Macau Customs Service (also known as Customs of Macao Special Administrative Region) is the official customs agency of the Macau Special Administrative Region (SAR) of China. It is responsible for enforcing customs law, preventing smuggling, supervising cross-border trade, and cooperating in regional and international customs matters. The agency operates under the jurisdiction of the Macau Secretariat for Security and is headed by the Director-General of Customs. It maintains checkpoints at Macau’s land borders, maritime ports, and airport, including the Border Gate, Outer Harbour Ferry Terminal, Macau International Airport, and the Macau Port Area of Hengqin Port. The current structure of the Macau Customs Service was formally established on 20 December 2001, following the reorganization of border and customs services after the handover of Macau from Portugal to the People’s Republic of China in 1999.

The Macau Portuguese School (Portuguese: Escola Portuguesa de Macau, EPM, Chinese: 澳門葡文學校) is a private, non-profit Portuguese international school located in Macau, China. It serves grades 1–12, and is located in Sé (Cathedral Parish). The school received funding from the Portuguese government.

The Dom Pedro V Theatre (Chinese: 伯多祿五世劇; Portuguese: Teatro Dom Pedro V) is a historical theatre situated at Largo de Santo Agostinho in São Lourenço, Macau, China. It is one of the first western-style theatres in East Asia. The theater is an important landmark in the region and remains a venue for important public events and celebrations today.

Grand Lisboa (Chinese: 新葡京, Portuguese: Grande Lisboa) is a 47-floor, 261-metre-tall (856 ft) hotel in Sé, Macau. It is owned by Sociedade de Turismo e Diversões de Macau and designed by Hong Kong architects Dennis Lau and Ng Chun Man with the interiors created by Khuan Chew, Design Principal of KCA International. Its casino and restaurants were opened on February 11, 2007, while the hotel was opened in December 2008. The casino offers 800 gaming tables and 1,000 slot machines. The hotel contains 430 hotel rooms and suites. The Grand Lisboa is the tallest building in Macau and the most distinctive part of its skyline. The casino is the first in Macau to offer Texas hold 'em poker ring games. It was also the first to offer craps, though several other casinos in Macau now offer the game. In 2017 it was reported that the Grand Lisboa suffered a decline in revenue and profits during 2016.

The St. Joseph's Seminary and Church (Chinese: 聖若瑟修院及聖堂; Portuguese: Igreja e Seminário de São José) is a seminary and church located in São Lourenço, Macau, China.

Luis Ruiz Suárez S.J. (September 21, 1913 – July 26, 2011) was a Spanish-born Jesuit priest and missionary to China. Father Ruiz founded Casa Ricci Social Services, and later the Caritas Macau charity. His work in the 1950s focused mainly on refugees from mainland China. As Casa Ricci's works developed, it spawned Caritas Macau and Ruiz turned the focus of Casa Ricci to work with lepers and their families, and still later to those suffering from HIV/AIDS. He came to be known by several nicknames – "Luk Ngai" (in Cantonese), "Father of the Poor", and "Angel of Macau."

Caritas Macau is the charity outreach of the Diocese of Macau, Macau, China. It began in 1951 as an outgrowth of the charitable works of Luis Ruiz Suarez SJ, and his Casa Ricci Social Services.

The Macau General Post Office (Chinese: 澳門郵政局大樓; Portuguese: Edificio Sede dos CTT) is a 3-storey building at the intersection of Senado Square and Avenida de Almeida Ribeiro in Sé, Macau, China. The current building was built in 1929.

Macau Post and Telecommunications (Portuguese: Correios e Telecomunicações de Macau; Chinese: 澳門郵電局) is an entity under the Government of Macao responsible for postal services and telecommunications regulation. The acronym CTT comes from the former name of Portuguese postal administration (Portuguese: Correios, Telégrafos e Telefones, meaning "Post, Telegraph and Telephone") during the colonial period of Macao.
