Dilijan National Park (Armenian: Դիլիջան ազգային պարկ, romanized: Dilijan azgayin park) is one of the four national parks of Armenia. Occupying an area of 240 km², it is located in the north-eastern Tavush Province of Armenia. It is known for its forest landscapes, rich biodiversity, medicinal mineral water springs, natural and cultural monuments, and extensive network of hiking trails.

Tsovagyugh (Armenian: Ծովագյուղ [tsɔvɑˈgjuʁ]) is a village in the Sevan Municipality of the Gegharkunik Province of Armenia.

Lake Parz (Armenian: Պարզ լիճ, romanized: Parz lich, lit. 'Clear Lake') is a small lake located in the Dilijan National Park east of Dilijan in Armenia. The lake was formed by natural climatic changes. In 2017, the Transcaucasian Trail was created to connect Parz Lake with the town of Dilijan and in the opposite direction with Gosh village and Gosh Lake. The trail was created through the building of new trail segments to connect existing trails or dirt roads together. In 2018, a new trail that loops around the lake was built. There is a restaurant, paddle boats, ropes course and zip lines around the lake.

Semyonovka (Armenian: Սեմյոնովկա) is a village in the Sevan Municipality of the Gegharkunik Province of Armenia.

Haghartsin (Armenian: Հաղարծին) is a village in the Dilijan Municipality of the Tavush Province of Armenia. The 13th-century Haghartsin Monastery is located around 8 km northwest of the village.

The Military and Sports College named after Monte Melkonian (Armenian: Մոնթե Մելքոնյանի անվան ռազմամարզական վարժարան), is a high school and military educational institution operated by the Ministry of Defence of Armenia. It was founded in 1993 in Yerevan and is currently based in Dilijan since its relocation in 2017. The college is named after Lieutenant-Colonel Monte Melkonian, a National Hero of Armenia killed in 1993 during the Battle of Aghdam, First Nagorno-Karabakh War. Currently, 194 cadets are enrolled in the college, who come from all over Armenia and the Republic of Artsakh.

Tsamakaberd, is a residential neighborhood in the town of Sevan of Gegharkunik Province, Armenia. It is located to the north east of the town centre. It is home to a cyclopean fortress, and the historic district of Mashtotsner.

Teghut (Armenian: Թեղուտ) is a village in the Dilijan Municipality of the Tavush Province of Armenia.

Vaskenian Theological Academy (also Vazgenian, Vazgenyan, Vazgenian Seminary), is a seminary of the Armenian Apostolic Church on the Sevan peninsula on the shores of Lake Sevan in Armenia. It operates under the direct supervision of the Mother See of Holy Etchmiadzin.

Sevanavank (Armenian: Սևանավանք; meaning Sevan Monastery) is a monastic complex located on a peninsula at the northwestern shore of Lake Sevan in the Gegharkunik Province of Armenia, not far from the town of Sevan. Initially the monastery was built at the southern shore of a small island. After the artificial draining of Lake Sevan, which started in the era of Joseph Stalin, the water level fell about 20 metres, and the island transformed into a peninsula. At the southern shore of this newly created peninsula, a guesthouse of the Armenian Writers' Union was built. The eastern shore is occupied by the Armenian president's summer residence, while the monastery's still active seminary moved to newly constructed buildings at the northern shore of the peninsula. Due to easier accessibility (once it became a peninsula), good highway and railway connections with the Armenian capital Yerevan, a well-developed tourist industry in the nearby town of Sevan, and its picturesque location (although less picturesque than it was before the lake level drop), Sevanavank is one of the most visited tourism sights in Armenia.

Sevan Island (Armenian: Սևանի կղզի Sevani kğzi), now Sevan Peninsula (Armenian: Սևանի թերակղզի Sevani t'erakğzi), is a former island in the north-western part of Lake Sevan in Armenia. After the artificial draining of Lake Sevan, which started in the Stalin era, the water level fell about 20 metres, and the island transformed into a peninsula. At the southern shore of this newly created peninsula, a guesthouse of the Armenian Writers' Union was built. The eastern shore is occupied by the Armenian president's summer residence, while the monastery's still active seminary moved to newly constructed buildings at the northern shore of the peninsula. Sevan Island is home to a ninth-century Armenian Cathedral church, known as Sevanavank, which is one of the most visited tourist attractions in Armenia.

Sevan Botanical Garden (Armenian: Սևանի բուսաբանական այգի), is a botanical garden founded in 1944 in the northern Armenian town of Sevan, near the Tsamakaberd neighbourhood. The garden is operating as a satellite of the Yerevan Botanical Garden under the supervision of the Armenian National Academy of Sciences.Located at a height of 2000 meters above sea level and having a dry, continental climate, the area is characterized by cold winters and hot summers. The garden is home to around 650 species (including 225 species of trees), from Armenia, North America, Asia, Central and Eastern Europe, the Mediterranean and the Himalayas.In 2015, a green house was opened within the garden.
