Joseph Hardy House

Groveland is a town in Essex County, Massachusetts, United States. It is thirty-four miles north of Boston. At the 2020 census, it had a population of 6,752. The town is divided into two precincts, Groveland and South Groveland.

The George Hopkinson House is a historic colonial First Period house in Groveland, Massachusetts. Built c. 1716, it is a rare surviving single cell house from the period. Most First Period houses were built in their first stage as a chimney section and a two-story section to one side, with one room on each floor, and were later extended with additional rooms on the other side of the chimney, giving colonial rooms their characteristic five bay appearance. Because this one was never extended in this way, it exhibits a three bay front, with a door in the right-side bay, in front of the chimney. A rear leanto section was added later in the 18th century, and the side ell was added in the 19th century. The house is also a rare regional instance of plank frame construction (similar to Groveland's other First Period house, the Joseph Hardy House).The house was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1990.

Pentucket Regional High School (often abbreviated as "PRHS") is a public high school in West Newbury, Massachusetts, United States, which serves the communities of Groveland, Merrimac, and West Newbury. It is the only high school in the Pentucket Regional School District. As of 2018, the school's principal is Jonathan P. Seymour and assistant principals are Daniel E. Thornton, who is also the athletic director, and Frank Kowalski.

Hale's Island is a 54-acre (22 ha) island located on the Merrimack River in Haverhill / Bradford, Massachusetts. The property is part of Silsby's farm.

The Samuel Chase House is a historic First Period house in West Newbury, Massachusetts. Built c. 1715, it is a rare example of a brick house built during the transition between First Period and Georgian styling and construction methods. A story passed down through the Chase family says that bricks for the house were made on the family's farm and were carried to the homesite by Hannah Chase in her apron. The brick is laid in English bond, and the building is seven bays wide and two stories high. The outermost window bays have been bricked over, leaving the front facade with five windows on the second floor, and two on either side of a central front door in the first floor. The first floor windows and doorway are in arched spaces in the brickwork, while those on the second floor are rectangular. The house underwent a major restoration in 1986.The house was listed on the National Historic Register in 1990.The home of his son, Amos Chase, in Saco, Maine, also still stands.

Ski Bradford (also known as Bradford Ski Area) is a small ski area located in the Bradford section of Haverhill, Massachusetts.

The Hazen-Spiller House is a historic late First Period house in Haverhill, Massachusetts. Built c. 1724 by Richard Hazen, It is a rare example of a brick house of the time, and notable for its role in early 20th century restoration activities. The 2+1⁄2-story building is made of brick laid in English bond, with end chimneys and a central hall layout. The house was acquired in 1911 by early preservationist William Taylor, who took notes detailing the buildings First Period features. In 1915 Taylor sold the house to Wallace Nutting, who undertook a "restoration" that covered over some of those features and may have destroyed others. The house was one of a series owned by Nutting and showcased in a guidebook, Chain of Picture Houses, he used to popularized colonial styles.The house was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1990.

The Hastings-Morse House is a historic First Period house in Haverhill, Massachusetts. The oldest portion of the 2+1⁄2-story wood-frame house, its central chimney and right-side rooms, were probably built c. 1706 by a man named Hastings. Left-side rooms and a partial leanto section on the back of the house were added during the 18th century. The house underwent a major restoration in the late 1957, which included raising the roof on the leanto section. Another 20th-century addition is the sunroom on the left (west) side of the house. Evidence of the building's First Period origins is still visible in the right front room.The house was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1991.

The Bradford Burial Ground is a historic cemetery at 326 Salem Street in the Bradford section of Haverhill, Massachusetts. The 1.5-acre (0.61 ha) cemetery was established in 1665, on land given by John Heseltine to the town of Bradford. The oldest readable marker in the cemetery has a date of 1689, but there are likely to be older burials. The cemetery was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2015.

The Adams–Clarke House is a historic late First Period house in Georgetown, Massachusetts. Built about 1725, it retains a number of features transitional between the First and Second periods of colonial architecture. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1990.

Newell Farm is a historic farmhouse at 243 Main Street in West Newbury, Massachusetts. It was built in 1846 and added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1978.

The East Parish Meeting House, also known as the Fourth Parish Meeting House, is a historic church and meeting house on the rural east side of Haverhill, Massachusetts that is beautifully restored and currently used as a venue for weddings, services, open mics, community dinners and meetings, and more. The 1+1⁄2-story wood frame Greek Revival building was built in 1838, replacing a previous meeting house that was built on the site in 1744. The Meeting House was used for regular services until 1906, when its congregation merged with the nearby Riverside Memorial Church. The East Parish Meeting House was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2011. The building is now owned by a neighborhood association.
