Phineas Foster House

The Rowley Village Forge Site is a historic colonia-era iron foundry site in Boxford, Massachusetts. The first iron forge in the area was established on Fish Brook in 1668 by Henry Leonard of the Leonard family, who were instrumental in the Saugus Iron Works further south. This business ran until about 1681, but the site also saw industrial uses into the 19th century, with sawmills and gristmills quickly replacing the foundry after it failed. Remnants of these works are visible from trails through conservation land off Lockwood Drive.The site was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 2001.

The Capt. Joseph Gould House is a historic First Period house in Topsfield, Massachusetts. It is a 2.5-story frame house that is six bays wide and two rooms deep. The oldest part of the house, the eastern three bays, may have been built in the late 17th century; it achieved the present footprint with an addition in the early 18th century of the western bays. The house is distinctive among First Period houses in the region because its original portion was built from the start to be two rooms deep, when most houses of the period started out one room deep and were extended to the rear later.The house was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1990.

The Holyoke–French House is a historical house at Elm Street and Topsfield Road in Boxford, Massachusetts. It is a 2+1⁄2-story wood-frame structure, with a side-gable gambrel roof, twin interior chimneys, clapboard siding, and a stone foundation. The center entrance is flanked by pilasters and is topped by a transom window and a gabled pediment.The first house on this site was built c. 1704 as a parsonage for Boxford's first preacher, Thomas Symmes. The present house was built in 1760 for the third minister, Elizur Holyoke. This house (as the name suggests) is known for two of the families that resided there, the Holyokes and the Frenches. This house is now owned by the Boxford Historical Society. The house owner allows people to have a tour of it.

The Sawyer House is a historic First Period house in Boxford, Massachusetts. It is a 2+1⁄2-story central-chimney house with an attached rear two-story wing. A two-story full-width portico supported by seven turned columns shelters the front of the house. Like many First Period houses, this one was built in stages, and exhibits a variety of architectural styles despite its early origins. The first portion to be built was the center chimney and the two-story section to its right, in c. 1700. Later in the First Period the rooms to the left of the chimney were added. The rear wing was added in the 19th century, as was the front portico. There two further additions in the 20th century, including a sun room at the rear where the 19th-century addition meets the main house, and single-story shed-roofed addition on the west gable end, running the full depth of the house.The house was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1990.

The station is licensed to Boxford, Massachusetts, United States, and is owned by the Masconomet Regional School District.Broadcasting from Masconomet Regional High School, the station is primarily run and managed by students as an extracurricular activity. Broadcasts usually occur on weekday afternoons until 9 p.m., as well as on weekend afternoons (the weekend schedule varies). The station also conducts an annual "radiothon" every Memorial Day weekend, with sponsorship from local businesses.

Masconomet Regional High School, is co-located with Masconomet Regional Middle School in Topsfield, Massachusetts, United States and also serves the towns of Boxford,and [Middleton]. Masconomet Regional Middle School serves grades 7 and 8 while the Masconomet Regional High School serves grades 9 through 12. The current school superintendent is Michael Harvey. Both schools are located on the same property, and share a cafeteria, gym, auditorium, and buses.

The Boxford Village Historic District encompasses the historic early center of Boxford, Massachusetts, which was established in 1638 and incorporated in 1685. The district runs from near Towne Road in the west, along Main Street and Topsfield Road to Dana Road, and includes sections of Middleton Road (between Main and Elm), Elm Street (between Main and Middleton), Depot Road (between Main and Cross) and Cross Street (between Depot and Topsfield). It includes a remarkable concentration of structures dating to no later than the late 18th century. The district was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1973. It includes the Holyoke-French House, a First Period house owned by the Boxford Historical Society and operated as a house museum. The district was named as one of the 1,000 places to visit in Massachusetts by the Great Places in Massachusetts Commission.

The Stanley Lake House is a historic First Period house in Topsfield, Massachusetts. It is a 2+1⁄2-story wood-frame house that was built in stages by Mathew Stanley or his heirs between c. 1675 and 1693 and subsequently enlarged by the Lake family. It illustrates a host of building practices over the 17th and 18th centuries. The first Matthew Stanley house was said by Dow to be located northwest of this building. The first portion of this building is the section from the chimney westward. An easterly room was added after and a further addition to the east by the Lakes c. 1750. Matthew Stanley's heirs having removed to the Attleborough Falls area, sold the 70 acre farm property 1710- 1718 to Eleazer Lake. The property also includes a rare First Period barn. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1990. In 2005 it was named a contributing property to the River Road-Cross Street Historic District.

The Palmer School, also known as the District No. 2 Schoolhouse, is a historic 19th-century one-room schoolhouse at 33 Main Street in Boxford, Massachusetts. Built in 1845, it is the town's last surviving 19th-century school building. It was used as a school until 1931, replaced by the Cole School, on whose grounds it stands. The building was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1998.

The Zaccheus Gould House is a historic First Period house in Topsfield, Massachusetts. The oldest part of the house was built c. 1670, probably for Zaccheus Gould by John Gould, one of the founders of Topsfield. The house is a 2+1⁄2-story five-bay wood-frame structure. The older portion of the house is on the right of the central chimney; the portion on the left is estimated to have been added c. 1700. The workmanship on the exposed framing elements inside the house suggests that the same workman also worked on the Stephen Foster House.The house was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1990. Because the property was subdivided, it is no longer at its listed address, 73 Prospect Street. The property also contributes to the River Road-Cross Street Historic District, listed in 2005.
