Burqa (Arabic: بُرقة) is a Palestinian town in the Ramallah and al-Bireh Governorate of the State of Palestine, located east of Ramallah in the northern West Bank. According to the Palestinian Central Bureau of Statistics (PCBS), the town had a population of approximately 2,090 inhabitants in the 2007 census.

Sha'ar Binyamin (Hebrew: שער בנימין) is an Israeli light industrial park in the occupied West Bank, built in 1998 over land expropriated from the Palestinian villages of Jaba' and Mukhmas. It is located the Mateh Binyamin Regional Council, Israeli-occupied West Bank, located 2km north of Geva Binyamin on Route 60 and about 5 minutes drive from Pisgat Ze'ev in Jerusalem. The park covers an area of 606 dunams (150 acres). The international community considers Israeli settlements in the West Bank illegal under international law, but the Israeli government disputes this.

Qalandia checkpoint (Arabic: حاجز قلنديا, Hebrew: מעבר קלנדיה) at Qalandia is the primary Israel Defense Forces checkpoint between the northern West Bank and Jerusalem. It is known for frequent demonstrations against the Israeli occupation. The checkpoint is used by the Israeli military to control Palestinian access to East Jerusalem and Israel. Israel requires Palestinians to have permits to pass through the checkpoint to East Jerusalem and Israel for their work, medical care, education or for religious reasons. According to B'Tselem, most of the people who use the checkpoint are residents of East Jerusalem separated from the city by the Israeli West Bank barrier.

Kafr 'Aqab (Arabic: كفر عقب) is the northernmost Palestinian Arab neighborhood in East Jerusalem. It is part of the area annexed and included in municipal Jerusalem following its occupation by Israel in 1967. This area includes an additional approximate 64 km2 (25 sq mi) of the West Bank, including territory which previously included 28 villages and areas of the Bethlehem and Beit Jala municipalities. Although the Jerusalem Law did not use the term, the Israeli Supreme Court interpreted the law as an effective annexation of East Jerusalem. The United Nations Security Council condemned the attempted change in status to Jerusalem and ruled the law "null and void" in United Nations Security Council Resolution 478. Due to the Separation Wall effectively cutting the neighborhood off from the rest of Jerusalem, while no such barrier exists between this neighborhood and Ramallah and Al-Bireh, this neighborhood is practically part of the metropolitan area of Ramallah.

Highway 60 or (Hebrew: כביש 60, "Kvish Shishim"; Arabic: الطريق السريع 60) is a south–north intercity road in Israel and the West Bank that stretches from Beersheba to Nazareth.

Migron (Hebrew: מגרון) is an Israeli settlement (outpost) in the West Bank, located within 2 km of a former outpost by the same name, that was relocated to its present site on 2 September 2012. The outpost was located 14 kilometers north of Jerusalem, it fell under the jurisdiction of the Mateh Binyamin Regional Council. It was the largest outpost of its kind, with a population of 300. The council says it was founded in 1999 and re-founded in 2001, on land registered before 1967 by the villagers of Burqa. The Israeli government contributed NIS 4.3 million from the Construction and Housing Ministry to build Migron. The international community considers Israeli settlements in the West Bank illegal under international law, whereas Israeli outposts, like Gevaot, are considered illegal not only under international law but also under Israeli law.Responding to a petition filed in 2006 by Peace Now, Israel's High Court of Justice ruled on 2 August 2011 that Migron was illegally built on lands belonging to Palestinians and ordered Israel to dismantle the outpost by April 2012. The Israeli government decided not to obey the court order, and instead pursued an agreement with the settlers that gave them time to delay the move until 30 November 2015. However, on 25 March 2012 the High Court reaffirmed its earlier ruling, noting the government had admitted it was built on privately owned Palestinian land, and ordered the IDF to evacuate Migron by 1 August 2012, while making clear that this court ruling is an obligation, not a choice. On 2 September 2012 the evacuation of Migron was complete, after the residents had agreed to relocate to a new site a few hundred meters south of the former location. The site, built by the government in great haste, consists of 50 prefabricated housing units built on state land, and has a status of a government-approved settlement.

Jaba’ (Arabic: جبع) is a Palestinian town in the Jerusalem Governorate of the State of Palestine, located northeast of Jerusalem in the central West Bank. According to the Palestinian Central Bureau of Statistics, the town had a population of 3,239 in 2006.

Psagot (Hebrew: פְּסָגוֹת, lit. Peaks) is an Israeli settlement in the West Bank, located on Tawil hill, adjacent to the Palestinian cities of Ramallah and al-Bireh. Established in 1981, it is organised as a community settlement and falls under the jurisdiction of Binyamin Regional Council, with the council's headquarters located there. In 2021 it had a population of 2,077. The international community considers Israeli settlements in the West Bank illegal under international law, but the Israeli government disputes this.The Israeli Psagot Winery was established in the settlement on privately owned Palestinian land; a demolition order (COGAT Order 252/03) was issued by the Israeli authorities against the winery as, even under Israeli law, the Israeli building over privately-owned land was illegal. As of 2019, the order had yet to be enforced.

Al-Ram (Arabic: الرّام), also transcribed as Al-Ramm, El-Ram, Er-Ram, and A-Ram, is a Palestinian town which lies northeast of Jerusalem, just outside the city's municipal border. The village is part of the built-up urban area of Jerusalem, the Atarot industrial zone and Beit Hanina lie to the west, and Neve Yaakov borders it on the south, with a built-up area of 3,289 dunums. According to the Palestinian Central Bureau of Statistics, a-Ram had a population of 25,595 in 2006. The head of A-Ram's village council estimates that 58,000 people live there, more than half of them holding Israeli identity cards.

Mizpah (Hebrew: מִצְפָּה Mīṣpā, 'watch-tower, look-out') was a city of the tribe of Benjamin referred to in the Hebrew Bible. Tell en-Nasbeh is one of three sites often identified with Mizpah of Benjamin, and is located about 12 kilometers north of Jerusalem. The other suggested locations are Nabi Samwil, which is some 8 kilometers north-west of the Old City of Jerusalem (situated on the highest hill in the vicinity, above the plain of Gibeon), and Sh'afat, a village situated on a flat spur to the northwest of Jerusalem and where Jerusalem is visible from the village.

Jerusalem International Airport (Hebrew: נמל התעופה ירושלים, Arabic: مطار القدس الدولي) (IATA: JRS, ICAO: LLJR, OJJR), (also Kalandia Airport, Qalandia Airport, and Atarot Airport) is a regional airport, currently not in use, located between Jerusalem and Ramallah. When it was opened in 1924 it was the first airport in the British Mandate for Palestine. Under the British Mandate in Palestine Cyprus Airways flew to the airport, and this continued intermittently after Cyprus gained independence from Britain in 1960, and Royal Jordanian and Middle East Airlines operated daily commercial flights to and from Atarot airport between 1948 and 1967 under Jordanian rule.After Israel occupied the West Bank during the Six-Day War in 1967, it came under Israeli occupation. It was annexed to Israel in 1981 under the Jerusalem Law. Arkia and El Al Israel Airlines operated daily commercial flights to and from the airport between 1967 and 2001, when the airport was closed to civilian traffic after the breakout of the Second Intifada in 2000.

Giv'at Asaf (Hebrew: גִּבְעַת אָסָף, lit. 'Asaf Hill') is an Israeli outpost in the West Bank. Located 3.5 kilometres (2.2 mi) from the settlement of Beit El, it falls under the jurisdiction of the Mateh Binyamin Regional Council. It has about 30 structures and is home to some 30 families. It was established in May 2001 after the murder of Asaf Hershkovitz, a resident of Ofra, for whom it was named. The international community considers Israeli settlements in the West Bank illegal under international law, whereas Israeli outposts are considered illegal both under international law as well as under Israeli law. According to the 2005 Sasson Report, Giv'at Asaf was built on privately owned Palestinian land, and is therefore also illegal under Israeli law.
