The Fond du Lac River is a river that flows through the city of Fond du Lac, Wisconsin into Lake Winnebago. The river starts near Rosendale, Lamartine and Eldorado, then flows around 10 miles east. The east and west branches come together in downtown Fond du Lac less than a mile before flowing into Lake Winnebago.The Supple Marsh and Lakeside Park border the river as it flows into Lake Winnebago.

Forest Mall was an enclosed shopping mall in Fond du Lac, Wisconsin, USA. Opened in 1973, the mall closed and was demolished in 2020. As of April 2023, The Former Pranges/Younkers building is still standing and Kohl’s and TJ Maxx continue operations

Wittman Regional Airport (IATA: OSH, ICAO: KOSH, FAA LID: OSH) is a county-owned public-use airport located two nautical miles (4 km) south of the central business district of Oshkosh, a city in Winnebago County, Wisconsin, United States. A large portion at the south end of the airport is located in the town of Nekimi. It is located adjacent to Pioneer Airport, part of the EAA Aviation Museum. The airport was named after pioneer air racer, aircraft designer and builder Steve Wittman in 1972. Originally named Winnebago County Airport, the name Steve Wittman Field was proposed in 1968, and it is also known as Wittman Field.It is included in the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) National Plan of Integrated Airport Systems for 2023–2027, in which it is categorized as a regional general aviation facility.

The Fond du Lac Light is a lighthouse located at the entrance to the harbor and Yacht Club, in Fond du Lac, Wisconsin. It is located on the southern end of Lake Winnebago. It is currently incorporated in the Fond du Lac City Seal. Construction of the lighthouse started in May 1933 and was completed shortly after October. It replaced an ordinary red light that previously marked the harbor entrance. After years of neglect it was saved from demolition in 1967 and restored in 1993 with help from local community organizations. The lighthouse is also the focal point of the seasonal holiday lights in Lakeside Park; a cutout of Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer is adorned to the light house using the red light on top of the lighthouse as the nose. Pending major rebuild for being crooked for the past 25 years.

The airport is home to EAA chapter 572.

The Northern Casket Company Building is an historic building located at 16 N. Brooke Street in Fond du Lac, Wisconsin. The building was listed on the National Register of Historic Places on January 11, 2019.

The Wallace-Jagdfeld Octagon House built in 1860 is a historic octagonal house located at 171 Forest Avenue in Fond du Lac, Wisconsin. The two-story home features clapboard siding, a front porch, and a central chimney.On April 26, 2002, it was added to the National Register of Historic Places, becoming the second octagon house in Fond du Lac on the National Register along with the Fond du Lac Octagon House. It is located across the street from two other listings on the National Register, Hotel Calumet and the Chicago and Northwestern Railroad Depot.
