Until 1998, the school was part of the former Toronto Board of Education. The school is located in the Lytton Park neighbourhood. St. Clement's Church, also known as St. Clement's, Eglinton, is an Anglican church located in the Yonge–Eglinton neighbourhood of Toronto, Ontario. The parish was established in 1891. The present church building was erected in 1925 by architects Page & Warrington and Charles MacKay Willmot. A parish hall, designed by Molesworth & Secord, was added in 1938.In 1901, Canon Thomas Wesley Powell, Rector of St. Clement's, founded St. Clement's School. Classes were first offered in the parish hall but they later moved to their own purpose-built building down the street. Initially co-ed, the school today is all girls and remains affiliated with the church.

Alexander Muir Memorial Gardens is a municipal park in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. The park was created in 1933 by public subscription to honour Alexander Muir, who composed the song "The Maple Leaf Forever". The park was originally located opposite Mount Pleasant Cemetery on Yonge Street, but was moved to its present location in 1951 due to the construction of the Yonge subway. Today the park is in Toronto's Lawrence Park neighbourhood south of Lawrence Avenue with an entrance on the east side of Yonge Street.

Marshall McLuhan Catholic Secondary School (Marshall McLuhan, MMCSS, Marshall McLuhan CSS, or McLuhan) is a coeducational, non-semestered, Catholic high school in midtown Toronto, Ontario, Canada managed by the Toronto Catholic District School Board. The school was formally founded in September 1998 to replace De La Salle College Oaklands campus, founded by the De La Salle Brothers in 1851, which was reverted as a private school in 1994. The school property was originally built for the Toronto Hunt Club and later used by the Canadian Armed Forces as the Canadian Forces Staff School until 1994. This school was named after Marshall McLuhan, a Canadian educator, philosopher, and scholar—a professor of English literature, a literary critic, a rhetorician, a communication theorist, and a committed Roman Catholic. McLuhan is located on Avenue Road north of Eglinton Avenue East and is accessible from Eglinton station. Its motto is "Faith is our medium".
