Marsiling Secondary School

Sri Siva Krishna Temple (Tamil: ஸ்ரீ சிவா கிருஷ்ணா கோவில்) is a temple for the god Vishnu and Shiva who is the presiding deity. The temple also has many other deities.

The North West Community Development Council is one of five Community Development Councils (CDCs) set up across the Republic of Singapore to aid in local administration of governmental policies and schemes. Woodlands Stadium is a multi-purpose stadium located in Woodlands, Singapore. It is currently the home ground of S.League side, Woodlands Wellington FC, and used mostly for football matches for both the S.League and Prime League competitions. Apart from being used for competitive matches, the pitch is also used by the club for their training sessions as well. The stadium was officially opened in August 1989 as part of the eight hectare Woodlands Sports Complex, which also consists of the Woodlands Sports Hall and the Woodlands Swimming Complex. All three facilities are owned and operated by Sport Singapore. Woodlands Stadium houses a grass football pitch, an 8-lane running track and partial athletic facilities. People can be seen running around the track daily as Sport Singapore allows joggers to use the track facilities between 4:30am to 8:30pm for free. Besides the sporting facilities mentioned above, the stadium also has a Singapore Pools outlet located near to the entrance of the away fans' stand, as well as the clubhouse of Woodlands Wellington FC. Woodlands Stadium is the only stadium in Singapore which has a MRT track overlooking the pitch.

The Woodlands Police Division (or 'L' Division) is one of the seven, and the most recent, land divisions of the Singapore Police Force. The headquarters of this division began operations on 25 November 2018 at a newly constructed building along Woodlands Street 12. Woodlands Division comprises five Neighbourhood Police Centres (NPC) and four Neighbourhood Police Posts (NPP). The five NPCs are Woodlands West, Woodlands East, Yishun North, Yishun South and Sembawang. Located in the north of Singapore, Woodlands Division serves residents living and working in Woodlands, Sembawang and Yishun. It also oversees policing resources at Woodlands Checkpoint and Tuas Checkpoint.

Marsiling MRT station is an above-ground Mass Rapid Transit (MRT) station on the North South line in Woodlands, Singapore. Located along Woodlands Avenue 3 between the junctions of Woodlands Avenue 1, Woodlands Centre Road and Woodlands Street 11, Marsiling station serves the residential area in the western part of Woodlands New Town, and is the nearest MRT station to Woodlands Checkpoint located at Woodlands Crossing as well as Woodlands Train Checkpoint and the now-demolished old Woodlands Town Centre located at Woodlands Centre Road.

Marsiling is a suburb of Woodlands, Singapore, extends from the north of Woodlands Square to the Woodlands Checkpoint, bordering Malaysia. It presents the older living patterns of Singapore; it is a quieter and much denser estate, often offering a reasonable and larger alternative to other housing options, and houses a large number of elderly and heavy-duty industries.

Woodlands Train Checkpoint (abbreviated as WTCP, also known as Woodlands CIQ) is a railway station and border checkpoint in Woodlands, Singapore. Located close to the Malaysia–Singapore border, the station is owned by Singapore's Immigration and Checkpoints Authority (ICA) and is operated by the Malaysian railway operator Keretapi Tanah Melayu (KTM) in agreement with the Singaporean authorities. Constructed from 1992 to 1997, Woodlands Train Checkpoint was opened on 1 August 1998 as the Singapore border control facility for rail passengers. At that time there were no boarding facilities, as northbound passengers heading towards Malaysia were required to clear Malaysia's customs and immigration at Tanjong Pagar railway station, and northbound trains stopped at Woodlands Train Checkpoint for Singapore exit immigration checks only. However, southbound passengers could disembark after clearing Singapore's customs and immigration at Woodlands Train Checkpoint, as they had already cleared Malaysian Immigration at Johor Bahru railway station. Since 1 July 2011, Woodlands Train Checkpoint has been the southern terminus of the KTM Intercity service. This followed an agreement between Malaysia and Singapore to permanently close Tanjong Pagar railway station. Today, Northbound passengers clear both Singapore's and Malaysia's customs and immigration at Woodlands Train Checkpoint before boarding the train for Malaysia, while southbound passengers clear Malaysian Immigration at Johor Bahru Sentral railway station and Singapore customs and immigration at Woodlands Train Checkpoint. Recreational passengers can travel by rail from Portugal to Singapore, a journey of 18,755 km (11,654 miles) and 21 days through Paris, Moscow, Beijing and Bangkok in what is purported to be the longest rail journey in the world. The planned Johor Bahru–Singapore Rapid Transit System is expected to replace shuttle train services to Woodlands Train Checkpoint by 2026, possibly leading to the station's closure.

Causeway Point is the seventh largest suburban shopping mall in Singapore. It is operated by Frasers Property. Causeway Point is located in the town centre of Woodlands, a town in the North of Singapore. Completed in 1998, it is located beside the Woodlands MRT station and the underground Woodlands Bus Interchange. It has 250 retail outlets spread over five floors and a basement.
