Harduf (Hebrew: הַרְדּוּף, lit. 'Oleander') is a kibbutz in northern Israel. Located in the Lower Galilee, it falls under the jurisdiction of Jezreel Valley Regional Council. In 2022 it had a population of 1,131.

Ras Ali (Arabic: رأس علي, Hebrew: ראס עלי) is an Arab village in northern Israel. Located to the south of Shefa-'Amr, it falls under the jurisdiction of Zevulun Regional Council. In 2021 it had a population of 656.

Adi (Hebrew: עֲדִי, lit. Ornament) is a community settlement in northern Israel. It is named after the nearby Biblical settlement of Tel Hali (Hali means "ornament" as Adi) in the tribe of Asher, mentioned in Joshua 19:25. Located near Shefa-'Amr, it falls under the jurisdiction of Jezreel Valley Regional Council. In 2021 it had a population of 1,867.The village was established in 1980 by native born Israelis and immigrants from the Soviet Union as part of the "Lookouts in the Galilee" plan.

Nofit (Hebrew: נוֹפִית, lit. Scenic) is a community settlement in northern Israel. Located in the Lower Galilee, it falls under the jurisdiction of Zevulun Regional Council. In 2021 it had a population of 2,551.

Khawaled or al-Khawled (Arabic: الخوالد; Hebrew: חַ'ואלִד) is a Bedouin village in northern Israel. Located near Nofit, it falls under the jurisdiction of Zevulun Regional Council. In 2021 it had a population of 729.The Israeli Bedouin diplomat Ismail Khaldi initiated a project called "Hike and Learn with Bedouins in the Galilee" that has brought thousands of young Jews to the village, to learn about Bedouin culture and history. He said these encounters inspired him to become a diplomat.

Oranim (Hebrew: אֳרָנִים or אורנים‎, lit. Pines) is a college of education in northern Israel. The college was founded in 1951 by the United Kibbutz Movement. It was named after the small forest of pine trees in the area. It offers BA degrees in a variety of fields in the humanities and social sciences, BSc degrees in a variety of sciences, BEd degrees in kindergarten, elementary and upper school studies, and MEd and MTeach degrees.

Hawsha (Arabic: هوشة, Hǔsheh, also Husha) was a Palestinian village located 13 kilometers (8.1 mi) east of Haifa, about 100 meters (330 ft) above sea level. During the late Roman period, Hawsha was the site of the ancient Jewish town of Usha, which was the seat of the Sanhedrin. Ruins on the site include ancient mosaics and tombs. The village had a Maqam (shrine) for Nabi Hushan.In 1945, it had a population of 580 inhabitants, 400 of whom were Arab Muslims and 180 of whom were Jewish. The built-up area of the village was 50 dunums, and 717 dunums were used for agriculture. All but 7 dunums of public land were owned by Jews by this time.Hawsha was depopulated during the 1947–1948 Civil War in Mandatory Palestine on April 16, 1948, as part of the Battle of Ramat Yohanan.

Operation Dekel (Hebrew: מבצע דקל, romanized: Mivtza Dekel, lit. 'Operation Palm Tree'), was the largest offensive by Israeli forces in the north of Palestine after the first truce of the 1948 Arab–Israeli War. It was carried out by the 7th Armoured Brigade led by Canadian volunteer Ben Dunkelman (called Benjamin Ben-David in Israel), a battalion from the Carmeli Brigade, and some elements from the Golani Brigade between 8–18 July. Its objective was to capture Nazareth and the Lower Galilee. On 15 July Israeli aircraft bombed Saffuriya village and caused panic among the population; many of the villagers fled northwards toward Lebanon, others found shelter in Nazareth, leaving about 100 elderly people behind. On the evening of 16 July, Nazareth surrendered to the Israelis after a light fight which left one Israeli dead and one wounded. The Arab Liberation Army forces in the village under the command of Fawzi al-Qawuqji retreated to the mountains in the north. In sharp contrast to the surrounding towns, the inhabitants of Nazareth were never forced to evacuate as Dunkelman refused to obey orders from Haim Laskov to evacuate them.

Alonei Abba (Hebrew: אַלּוֹנֵי אַבָּא, lit. 'Abba's Oaks') is a moshav shitufi in northern Israel. Located in the Lower Galilee near Bethlehem of Galilee and Alonim, in the hills east of Kiryat Tivon, it falls under the jurisdiction of the Jezreel Valley Regional Council. In 2022 it had a population of 990. The modern village was founded in 1948 on the site of the historical Arab village of Umm el Amad, later the German Protestant Colony of Waldheim.

Bethlehem of Galilee (Hebrew: בֵּית לֶחֶם הַגְּלִילִית, Beit Lehem HaGlilit; lit. "the Galilean Bethlehem") or Bethlehem-in-the-Galilee is a moshav in northern Israel. Located in the Galilee near Kiryat Tivon, around 10 kilometres north-west of Nazareth and 30 kilometres east of Haifa, it falls under the jurisdiction of the Jezreel Valley Regional Council. As of 2022 it had a population of 824. The modern moshav is located at the site of the ancient Israelite settlement known as Bethlehem of Zebulun or Betlehem Zoria(h). Due to its proximity to Nazareth, one historian believes that it is the Bethlehem where Jesus of Nazareth was born. Aviram Oshri, a senior archaeologist with the Israel Antiquities Authority (IAA), supports this claim, but other researchers at the same institution reject it. The town existed as a Christian settlement in the classic era and was populated during the Middle Ages. It was reestablished as a German Templer Colony in Palestine in the 19th century and turned into a Jewish moshav in 1948.

Khirbat Sa'sa' was a Palestinian Arab village in the Haifa Subdistrict. It was depopulated during the 1947–1948 Civil War in Mandatory Palestine on April 28, 1948. It was located 15 km east of Haifa.
