The Basilica and National Shrine of Mary, Help of Christians at the Holy Hill is a Roman Catholic Marian shrine in Erin, Wisconsin, United States, dedicated to the Blessed Virgin Mary under the venerated title Help of Christians. The land and the shrine serves as a religious pilgrimage and attracts approximately 300,000 visitors each year. Pope Benedict XVI raised the shrine to the status of Minor Basilica via Pontifical Decree on 11 July 2006.

Camp Whitcomb/Mason is a year-round facility located near Hartland, Wisconsin, approximately 35 miles (56 km) northwest of Milwaukee, Wisconsin on Lake Keesus. Founded in 1911 and owned and operated by the Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Milwaukee, it is the oldest Boys and Girls Clubs camp in America. Set on 306 acres (1.2 km²) of hills, fields, wetlands, and forests, Whitcomb/Mason provides campers with a variety of natural experiences. Their lodges, cabins and pavilions are available for rent to school, family, church, non-profit and corporate groups throughout the year. Accredited by the American Camp Association, the camp operates residential (overnight) and day camp programs throughout the summer.

Lake Five is an unincorporated community located in the village of Richfield, Washington County, Wisconsin, United States. Lake Five is located on County Highway Q along the southern border of Washington County; it abuts the town of Lisbon, Waukesha County to the south. The Lake Five post office was established in May 1855 by its first postmaster, Patrick McGovern.

Thompson is an unincorporated community in the town of Erin, in Washington County, Wisconsin, United States. It is located near Holy Hill.

Merton is a town in Waukesha County, Wisconsin, United States; before Wisconsin statehood, it was called Warren. The population was 8,277 at the 2020 census. The town surrounds the villages of Chenequa and Merton. The unincorporated communities of Camp Whitcomb, Monches, and North Lake are in the town and the unincorporated community of Stone Bank is partially in the town. The pioneer Swedish-American settlement of New Upsala was also at one time located within Merton.

The Kettle Moraine Scenic Railway (reporting mark KMRY) was a heritage railway once located in North Lake, Wisconsin. It was founded in 1971 by Richard Hinebaugh, who bought a branch line from the Chicago, Milwaukee, St. Paul and Pacific Railroad (Milwaukee Road) to create a small museum. It ceased operations on October 21, 2001, because the town wanted to shut it down to make way for urban development in the late 1990s and early 2000s. Nothing remains at the former site, and the right-of-way has since been paved over and is now the Bugline Trail. In July 2015, former McCloud No. 9 was sold to the Age of Steam Roundhouse in Sugarcreek, Ohio.

North Lake is an unincorporated community and census-designated place located in the town of Merton, in Waukesha County, Wisconsin, United States. It was first named a CDP at the 2020 census, which showed a population of 247. North Lake is located on Wisconsin Highway 83 north of Chenequa. North Lake has a post office with ZIP code 53064.

Toland's Prairie or Toland Prairie, later Toland, was a rural unincorporated community in Erin township in Washington County, Wisconsin near the Dodge County line, northwest of Alderley and east of Monches, around the intersection of Clare Lane and Roosevelt Road (Sections 19, 20, 19 and 30). It was named after pioneer farmer and politician Patrick Toland. There was a Toland's Prairie post office from 1846 to 1883; in 1865 the postmaster was John Toland. In 1883 the name was changed, and the Toland post office operated just across the county line in Ashippun from 1883 to 1900.

WPTT (1540 kHz, "Party 92.9") is a commercial AM radio station in Hartford, Wisconsin, serving the Greater Milwaukee radio market. It airs an adult hits radio format and is owned by Tomsun Media LLC, which is operated by David and Connie Stout. The radio studios are on North Main Street at Summer Street in Hartford. WPTT is a daytimer station. Its transmitter is co-located with WTKM-FM's tower, on West Waterford Road. WPTT is powered at 500 watts using a non-directional antenna but must go off the air at night to avoid interference. AM 1540 is a clear channel frequency, reserved for Class A stations KXEL in Waterloo, Iowa, and ZNS-1 in Nassau, Bahamas. Programming on WPTT is heard around the clock on 200-watt FM translator W225CP at 92.9 MHz. It uses the translator dial position in its moniker "Party 92.9."
