PBCom Tower

Tower 6789, also known as Makati Tower (formerly named Alphaland Makati Tower), is a commercial skyscraper in Makati, Metro Manila, Philippines. With a height of 180 meters (590.551 feet) and 35 floors, Tower 6789 is also the 11th tallest building in the country's financial district, closely following RCBC Plaza Yuchengco Tower. It has a gross leasable area of 26,582 square meters with a floor template between 1,100 and 1600 sqms. The tower was owned by local developer Alphaland, a joint venture between London-based private equity fund Ashmore Group and RVO Capital Ventures of former Trade Minister Roberto V. Ongpin, but was already transferred to give Ashmore 100 percent ownership. Designed by Wong & Ouyang, the tower employs the glass design concept, featuring a lobby that's entirely clad in glass to admit natural light. It also includes features for improved energy performance, indoor air quality, and efficiency in water consumption. Tower 6789 currently holds a LEED pre-certified Gold rating for Core and Shell construction based on its structure, building envelope, and HVAC system. The project was inaugurated in June 2013.

Rufino Pacific Tower or more commonly known as Rufino Tower or Rufino Plaza is an office skyscraper and is one of the tallest buildings in the Philippines and tallest buildings in Metro Manila. It remains as the tallest steel-framed building in the country. It has a ground to architectural top height of 161 metres (528 ft), one of three ways of determining building heights according to Council on Tall Buildings and Urban Habitat. Counting its eight-storey radio tower, the building has a total height of 200 metres (660 ft). It has a total of 41 stories above ground level, including a 10 storey podium which is actually the original building, the old V.A. Rufino Building, and was modified to be the podium of the new tower. It is one of the few skyscrapers that utilizes car elevators. Rufino Tower is designed with exterior double-glazed, unitized curtain walls that create a facade that reflects a fusion of art and function. Its interiors are an interplay of glass, natural stone and metal. The building is the home of the Rufino family corporations, including major financial and insurance corporations. The Czech Embassy is also housed in the tower.

The LKG Tower is an office skyscraper located in Makati, Philippines, and is one of the tallest in the city. Standing at 180.1 metres (590.88 feet), the building has 38 floors above ground, and 5 basement levels for parking. The LKG Tower is owned by International Copra Export Corporation (ICEC) Land Corporation, and was designed by architectural firm Kohn Pedersen Fox Associates, in cooperation with local firm Recio + Casas Architects. It has a distinctive shape in its upper part, and this was emphasized by the presence of its "ribbon" design that cuts diagonally through its facade.

Robinsons Summit Center, formerly known as the JG Summit Center, is an office skyscraper located in Makati, Philippines. It is owned by JG Summit Holdings, Inc., and developed by its real estate arm, Robinsons Land Corporation. It stands at 174 meters (571 ft), is currently the 9th-tallest complete building in Makati, and is one of the tallest buildings in the Philippines.

Makati Sky Plaza is a 23-storey high-rise office building in Makati, Metro Manila, Philippines. It is located along Ayala Avenue in the Makati CBD and was completed in 1999. The building's primary tenants include the Philippine headquarters of Standard Chartered Bank, Japan Airlines, and The Bank of Tokyo-Mitsubishi UFJ.

The Alveo Financial Tower formerly known as the JAKA Tower is an office skyscraper under construction in Makati, Philippines. The construction of the tower formerly owned by the JAKA Group of the family of Senator Juan Ponce Enrile commenced in 1996 but was halted in 1998. In 2014 it was acquired by Ayala Land which later through its unit Alveo Land relaunched the tower as the Alveo Financial Tower in 2015.

The Enterprise Center is an office skyscraper located in Makati, Philippines. It is owned and developed by KSA Realty Corporation, a joint venture between the Kuok Group (majority shareholder), ING, and A. Soriano Corporation (ANSCOR). The taller Tower I of the complex stands at 171.9 metres (564 feet) and is currently the 74th tallest building in the Philippines.

The AIA Tower, formerly the Philamlife Tower, is an office skyscraper located in Makati, Philippines. It is owned and developed by Philam Properties Corporation, the real estate arm of the Philippine American Life and General Insurance Company (Philamlife, now AIA Philippines). Standing at 200 metres (656 feet), it is currently the 7th-tallest building in Makati, and is the 14th-tallest building in the country and Metro Manila as well. The building has 48 floors above ground, and 5 basement levels for parking. It is also the current headquarters of AIA Philippines since 2023, which will be renamed to AIA Tower.

G.T. International Tower is an office skyscraper located in Makati, Philippines. The "G.T." in the name stands for George Ty, the building's owner and chairman of the Metrobank Group. Standing at 217 meters (712 ft), it is currently the 10th-tallest building in the country and Metro Manila as well. The building has 47 floors above ground, and 5 basement levels for parking.On 29 January 2019, French urban climber Alain Robert climbed the building and was arrested upon finishing his descent.

Smart Tower (previously PLDT Tower) is a 36-storey skyscraper in 6799 Ayala Avenue, Makati.The building was originally an unfinished 10-storey structure which was bought and developed by the Philippine Long Distance Telephone Company for their corporate headquarters. Completed in 2009, the new 34-storey tower was known as the PLDT Tower, and is designed by Pimentel Rodriguez Simbulan & Partners. It was eventually renamed to "Smart Tower" following the transfer of Smart Communications, one of their subsidiaries, to the site, becoming their headquarters.In 2020, PLDT sold the building to DMC Urban Property Developers Inc. of the Consunji family for $128 million.
