Anyang Foreign Language High School

Bakdal-dong (박달동, 博達洞) is neighborhood of Manan district in the city of Anyang, Gyeonggi Province, South Korea. It is officially divided into Bakdal-1-dong and Bakdal-2-dong.

Anyang University is a private university in Korea. Courses consist of undergraduate, graduate, doctoral and research programs. The main campus is located in Anyang City, south of Seoul in Gyeonggi province and the second campus is located on Ganghwa Island, Incheon. It has a student body of about 5,500. It has colleges of Humanities, Social Sciences, Science & Engineering, Theological Studies, Music, and Liberal Arts & Sciences, and offers graduate programs in General Studies, Theology, Education, and Business Administration & Public Administration.

Anyang Station is a ground-level metro station on line 1 of the Seoul Subway in Anyang 1-dong, Manan-gu, Anyang, South Korea. The station's sole exit offers access to Enter-6 Mall, which occupies the same building. Travel time from Anyang Station to Seoul Station on Line 1 is approximately 40 minutes. Anyang Station is the main station in Anyang, but there are another six stations in Anyang, namely Beomgye, Pyeongchon and Indeogwon on Line 4, and Myeonghak, Gwanak and Seoksu on Line 1, though the latter's platforms lie within Seoul. It is connected with Lotte Dapartment Store.

Daelim College is a private technical college in South Korea. The college is located in the Dongan-gu district of Anyang City, Gyeonggi province, south of Seoul, and is just across the Anyang River from Anyang Station.

Gwanak Station is a station on the Seoul Subway Line 1 and the Gyeongbu Line. It takes its name from a famous mountain to the northeast. Note that this station is not in Gwanak-gu, north of here. A light rail line linking this station to Gwangmyeong (KTX) and Cheolsan (Line 7) is in the planning stages. Upon completion of the proposed LR line, Gwanak Station will potentially become an important transfer point for KTX passengers in the city of Anyang.

Anyang (Korean pronunciation: [a.njaŋ]) is a city in Gyeonggi Province, South Korea. With a population of approximately 600,000 persons, it is the 20th largest city in South Korea. It is a satellite city of Seoul and located approximately 21 km (13 mi) south of Seoul, and 19 km (12 mi) north of Suwon. It is connected to Seoul via the Seoul Subway Line 1 and Line 4. The City motto of Anyang is "Livable city, Proud citizens". City symbols are a grape mascot named 'Podong-i', Forsythia (flower), Ginkgo (tree), and eagles.The 'Emblem of Anyang' consists of several different meanings. The blue color represents peace and stable life of its citizens, the white color represents "purity of the white clad folk", the white circle represents "shining sun" and "citizen unity", the interweaving lines represent "industrial and scientific development", "famous mountains around the city" and "tourist resort". Together, the four different symbols mean modern development and cultural exchange. The current mayor of Anyang is Lee Phil Woon.

Myeonghak Station is a train station on Line 1 of the Seoul Subway. It is located in the city of Anyang in Gyeonggi-do.

Gwangmyeong station (Korean: 광명역) is a train station in Gwangmyeong, South Korea. The station was newly built as a stop of national railway operator Korail's KTX high-speed service, 22.0 km (13.7 mi) south of Seoul Station.The area surrounding the station is home to the world's second largest IKEA store at 59,000 square meters (640,000 square feet), along with a large Costco store and a Lotte Premium Outlet.

Gwangjeong-dong (Korean: 광정동; Hanja: 光亭洞) is neighbourhood of Gunpo, Gyeonggi Province, South Korea.

Anyang Sports Complex (Korean: 안양종합운동장) is a group of sports facilities in Anyang, Gyeonggi, South Korea. The complex consists of the Anyang Stadium (which sometimes has temporary purple seats for football matches), Anyang Indoor Arena, swimming pool, ice rink, and tennis court.

Sanbon-dong is a dong, or neighborhood, in Gunpo, a satellite city of Seoul in Gyeonggi Province, South Korea. Its total area is 2.05 square kilometres (0.79 sq mi). Due to its population of more than 50,000, for administrative purposes the area is divided into two dong, Sanbon 1-dong and Sanbon 2-dong. Its name can be translated as "the mountain's root," and refers to its position at the base of Surisan's eastern flank. On the other side of Surisan (475 metres (1,558 ft)) lies Anyang City. The administrative entity of Sanbon was formed in 1914, as part of a general nationwide consolidation of local government under the Japanese occupation. At that time it was Sanbon-ri, a rural precinct of Siheung County. When it became part of the new Gunpo City in 1989, its status was changed from ri to dong. The name is believed to derive from Sanjeo, "low on the mountain," which was first used to describe the region in 1789.Seoul Subway Line 4 stops at Sanbon Station. Other landmarks include various Joseon Dynasty relics: a large kiln site, a shrine of the royal Jeonju Yi clan, and the tomb of 17th-century scholar Hoam Yi Gi-jo. There is an active garbage incineration plant (군포환경관리소) in Sanbon-dong.
