Anyang station

Bakdal-dong (박달동, 博達洞) is neighborhood of Manan district in the city of Anyang, Gyeonggi Province, South Korea. It is officially divided into Bakdal-1-dong and Bakdal-2-dong.

Anyang Foreign Language High School (Korean: 안양외국어고등학교; Hanja: 安養外國語高等學校) is a private high school in South Korea. The school is located in Anyang Country of the Gyeonggi Province. The school is classified as a foreign language high school. It is designed for the study of English, Chinese, and Japanese. The school is divided into three departments: The Department of English, the Department of Chinese, and the Department of Japanese. The overall purpose of the department is to create global leaders through an exchange of culture and subsequently naturally understanding the languages.

Gwanak Station is a station on the Seoul Subway Line 1 and the Gyeongbu Line. It takes its name from a famous mountain to the northeast. Note that this station is not in Gwanak-gu, north of here. A light rail line linking this station to Gwangmyeong (KTX) and Cheolsan (Line 7) is in the planning stages. Upon completion of the proposed LR line, Gwanak Station will potentially become an important transfer point for KTX passengers in the city of Anyang.

City symbols are a grape mascot named 'Podong-i', Forsythia (flower), Ginkgo (tree), and eagles.The 'Emblem of Anyang' consists of several different meanings. The blue color represents peace and stable life of its citizens, the white color represents "purity of the white clad folk", the white circle represents "shining sun" and "citizen unity", the interweaving lines represent "industrial and scientific development", "famous mountains around the city" and "tourist resort". Together, the four different symbols mean modern development and cultural exchange. The current mayor of Anyang is Lee Phil Woon.

Anyang Sports Complex (Korean: 안양종합운동장) is a group of sports facilities in Anyang, Gyeonggi, South Korea. The complex consists of the Anyang Stadium (which sometimes has temporary purple seats for football matches), Anyang Indoor Arena, swimming pool, ice rink, and tennis court.

Bisan-dong (비산동, 飛山洞) is neighborhood of Dongan district in the city of Anyang, Gyeonggi Province, South Korea. It is officially divided into Bisan-1-dong, Bisan-2-dong and Bisan-3-dong. It is placed in the north, middle side of Anyang-si, and it is right below the Gwanak Mountain, or Gwanaksan.

Buheung-dong (부흥동, 復興洞) is neighborhood of Dongan district in the city of Anyang, Gyeonggi Province, South Korea.

Samseongsan is a mountain in South Korea. It extends across the districts of Gwanak-gu and Geumcheon-gu in Seoul, the national capital, and the city of Anyang, in the province of Gyeonggi-do. It has an elevation of 481 m (1,578 ft).
