The Diocese of Chełmno (Polish: Diecezja chełmińska; German: Bistum Kulm/Culm) was a Catholic diocese in Chełmno Land, founded in 1243 and disbanded in 1992.

Gmina Chełmża is a rural gmina (administrative district) in Toruń County, Kuyavian-Pomeranian Voivodeship, in north-central Poland. Its seat is the town of Chełmża, although the town is not part of the territory of the gmina. The gmina covers an area of 178.72 square kilometres (69.0 sq mi), and as of 2006 its total population is 9,447.

The Co-Cathedral Basilica of the Most Holy Trinity (Polish: Bazylika Konkatedralna Trójcy Świętej) also called Chełmża Cathedral is a religious building belonging to the Catholic Church located in the city of Chełmża, Poland.The church since 1994 has been the co-cathedral or alternate cathedral of the Diocese of Toruń (Dioecesis Thoruniensis or Diecezja Toruńska) and received the status of Minor Basilica in 1982. It was built as a Cathedral of the ancient Diocese of Chelmno. Located on a lakeshore slope, it was built in stages from 1251 until the second quarter of the fourteenth century. During the construction of the cathedral, the structure was twice destroyed (1267 and 1286) during Prussian invasions. In 1422 there was a fire in the church as a result of the Lithuanian-Tatar raids and in 1950 a fire destroyed the ceilings of the vaults of the nave, the dome, and the central arch beam. Reconstruction in the years 1968-1971 restored the church to its original appearance.

It lies approximately 3 kilometres (2 mi) east of Chełmża and 20 km (12 mi) north of Toruń. It is located in Chełmno Land within the historic region of Pomerania. During the German occupation of Poland (World War II), Nowa Chełmża was one of the sites of executions of Poles, carried out by the Germans in 1939 as part of the Intelligenzaktion.

Kucborek [kut͡sˈbɔrɛk] is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Papowo Biskupie, within Chełmno County, Kuyavian-Pomeranian Voivodeship, in north-central Poland. It lies approximately 3 kilometres (2 mi) south of Papowo Biskupie, 19 km (12 mi) south-east of Chełmno, and 22 km (14 mi) north of Toruń.

It lies approximately 5 kilometres (3 mi) east of Papowo Biskupie, 20 km (12 mi) south-east of Chełmno, and 25 km (16 mi) north of Toruń. In village Dubielno is primary school.

Its seat is the village of Papowo Biskupie, which lies approximately 17 kilometres (11 mi) south-east of Chełmno and 25 km (16 mi) north of Toruń. The gmina covers an area of 70.44 square kilometres (27.2 sq mi), and as of 2006 its total population is 4,369.

Papowo Biskupie [paˈpɔvɔ bisˈkupjɛ] is a village in Chełmno County, Kuyavian-Pomeranian Voivodeship, in north-central Poland. It is the seat of the gmina (administrative district) called Gmina Papowo Biskupie. It lies 17 kilometres (11 mi) south-east of Chełmno and 25 km (16 mi) north of Toruń. It is located in the Chełmno Land in the historic region of Pomerania. Historic sights in the village include the Gothic St. Nicholas church and ruins of a Teutonic Order castle. Papowo Biskupie is the birthplace of Polish singer, musical performer and actress Irena Santor (born 1934).
