Hibat Tzion (Hebrew: חִבַּת צִיּוֹן, lit. 'Fondness for Zion') is a moshav in central Israel. Located in the coastal plain near Hadera and covering 4,500 dunams, it falls under the jurisdiction of Hefer Valley Regional Council. In 2021 it had a population of 844.

Elyakhin (Hebrew: אֶלְיָכִין) is a town and local council in the Central District of Israel. Located just south of Hadera and bordering the Emek Hefer Regional Council, it is accessible by local road 5812. With a jurisdiction of 1,600 dunams, it had a population of 3,461 in 2021.

Kfar Haroeh (Hebrew: כְּפַר הָרֹאֶ"ה, lit. Haroeh Village) is a religious moshav in central Israel. Located in the coastal plain between Hadera and Netanya, it falls under the jurisdiction of Hefer Valley Regional Council. In 2021 it had a population of 1,483.

The Bnei Akiva Yeshiva in Kfar HaRoeh was founded in 1939 by Rabbi Moshe-Zvi Neria in the religious workers' moshav Kfar HaRoeh. It is the first yeshiva of the Bnei Akiva yeshivas.

Beit Hazon (Hebrew: בֵּית חָזוֹן, lit. Hazon House) is a predominantly English-speaking neighbourhood of Kfar Haroeh in central Israel.

Givat Haim (Ihud) (Hebrew: גבעת חיים (איחוד), lit. the hill of life [Khaim's Hill] (Union)) is a kibbutz near Hadera in Israel. It is located within the jurisdiction of the Hefer Valley Regional Council. In 2021 it had a population of 1,207.

Beit Terezin or Beit Theresienstadt (German: Haus Theresienstadt) is a research and educational institution that opened in 1975 in Kibbutz Givat Haim (Ihud), a museum and a place of remembrance of the victims of Nazi Germany persecution at the Theresienstadt concentration camp.

Givat Haim (Meuhad) (Hebrew: גבעת חיים (מאוחד), lit. Haim Hill (United)) is a kibbutz near Hadera in Israel. It falls under the jurisdiction Hefer Valley Regional Council. In 2021 it had a population of 1,061.

Geulei Teiman (Hebrew: גְּאֻלֵי תֵּימָן or גאולי תימן‎, lit. The Redeemed of Yemen) is a religious moshav in central Israel. Located near Hadera in the Sharon plain, it falls under the jurisdiction of Hefer Valley Regional Council. In 2021 it had a population of 358.

Hogla (Hebrew: חָגְלָה, חוגלה, lit. Partridge) is a moshav in central Israel. It is named after Hogla, who settled here in the district of the tribe of Menashe (Joshua 17:3). Located in the coastal plain to the south of Hadera, it falls under the jurisdiction of Hefer Valley Regional Council. In 2021 it had a population of 868.

Al-Manshiyya (Arabic: المنشية), also known as Khirbat Manshiyya, was a Palestinian Arab village in the Tulkarm Subdistrict. It was depopulated during the 1947–48 Civil War in Mandatory Palestine on April 15, 1948, under Operation Coastal Clearing. It was located 12.5 km northwest of Tulkarm.

Wadi al-Hawarith (Arabic: وادي الحوارث) was a Palestinian bedouin camping site in the Tulkarm Subdistrict. It was depopulated at the outbreak of the 1948 Arab–Israeli War on March 15, 1948, following the 1947–48 Civil War in Mandatory Palestine. It was located 16.5 km northwest of Tulkarm. Wadi al-Hawarith was mostly destroyed with the exception of four houses. In 1945, Wadi al-Hawarith had a total population of 1,330. The camping site today corresponds more or less to Nahal Alexander National Park, the national park covering what is now called Hefer Valley, the namesake of Hefer Valley Regional Council.
