The Pointe de Tourtemagne (also known as Turtmannspitze) is a mountain of the Swiss Pennine Alps, located east of St. Luc in the canton of Valais. It lies between the valleys of Anniviers and Turtmann.

With an elevation of 3,025 metres above sea level, it is the highest summit of the subrange north of the Meidpass (2,790 m). The Bella Tola lies near the northern end of the Weisshorn chain. On the north side lies a small glacier named Bella Tola Gletscher. The summit of the Bella Tola is a popular vantage point, it can be reached by several trails.

Frilihorn

The Frilihorn is a mountain of the Swiss Pennine Alps, located between the Val d'Anniviers and the Turtmanntal in the canton of Valais. The Frilihorn rises to a height of 10,249 ft (3,124 m), making it the 758th highest mountain in Switzerland. It is located east of Ayer and south of Gruben. It sits to the north of Wängerhorn peak, south of Minugrat peak and south east of L'Omen Roso peak.

Schwarzsee (Oberems)

Schwarzsee is a mountain lake in the canton of Valais, Switzerland. It is located at an elevation of 2611 m, below Bella Tola (3025 m) and Brunnethorn (2952 m), above the Turtmanntal. It is part of the municipality of Oberems.

Gruben/Meiden

Gruben/Meiden (1,818 m) is a village in the Swiss Alps, located in the canton of Valais. It is situated in the upper Turtmanntal and is traversed by the Turtmanna river. It belongs to the municipality of Oberems and is the main settlement in the valley south of the town of Oberems. The village is inhabited in summer only.

Pletschuhorn

The Pletschuhorn is a mountain of the Swiss Pennine Alps, overlooking the Turtmanntal in the canton of Valais. It is composed of several summits, of which the highest has an elevation of 2,751 metres. The closest locality is Gruben, on the east side of the mountain.

The Brunnethorn is a mountain of the Swiss Pennine Alps, overlooking Oberems in the canton of Valais. It is located north of the higher Bella Tola.

Bagnoud Observatory

François-Xavier Bagnoud Observatory (Observatoire François-Xavier Bagnoud) is an astronomical observatory. It is a non-profit organisation funded by Association François-Xavier Bagnoud. It is located above the village of Saint-Luc, Switzerland, close to the top of the funicular, at a height of 2,200 m (7,200 ft).It has 60 cm (24 in) and 15 cm (5.9 in) telescopes, as well as a heliostat, a weather station, a planetarium and a planet trail between the observatory and the funicular.
