Chesapeake City is a town in Cecil County, Maryland, United States. The population was 736 at the 2020 census. The town was originally named by Bohemian colonist Augustine Herman the Village of Bohemia — or Bohemia Manor — but the name was changed in 1839 after the Chesapeake and Delaware Canal (C&D Canal) was built in 1829. Today, the town contains numerous old homes from that era that have been converted into bed and breakfasts, restaurants and the local historical museum.

South Chesapeake City Historic District is a national historic district at Chesapeake City, Cecil County, Maryland, United States. It reflects the town's period of greatest prosperity in the mid 19th century when the adjacent Chesapeake and Delaware Canal was an active commercial artery between major east coast waterways. Buildings from the 19th century dominate those few of the early 20th century and those of recent vintage.It was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1974.

This is a small school of 685 students which shares its campus with Bohemia Manor Middle School. This school serves the Maryland communities of Chesapeake City, Cecilton, Galena, Earleville and the parts of Elkton. The school is also known by the nickname Bo Manor.

St. Augustine is an unincorporated community in Cecil County, Maryland, United States.Land rights to the area were granted to merchant Augustine Herman by Lord Baltimore prior to 1686 but the Herman family was never able to lay proper claim to the title.Great House was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1984.

Cornucopia, also known as the John and Mary Price Farm, is a historic home and farm located near Middletown, New Castle County, Delaware. The house was built about 1845, and is a 2+1⁄2-story, five-bay L-shaped frame dwelling with a gable roof in a vernacular Greek Revival style. It has a 1+1⁄2-story wing and features a tetra-style verandah on brick piers. Also on the property are the contributing meat/dairy house, crib barn, hay barn and cow barn attached by an implement shed, three poultry sheds, and an implement shed with a shop and wagon shed.It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1987.

They are an 18th-century brick dwelling with its stone wing and five associated outbuildings. The house is a 2+1⁄2-story, gable-roofed, brick structure with a 2+1⁄2-story, cobblestone, gable-roofed wing. It was substantially remodeled in the mid-19th century in the Greek Revival style. Also on the property are a contributing 2+1⁄2-story crib barn (c. 1850), frame smokehouse, frame dairy, implement shed, and cow barn.It was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1988.

It was built about 1840 and is a two-story, five-bay, stuccoed brick dwelling in a subdued Greek Revival style. It has a hipped roof, a rear wing, and a center-passage plan.It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1987.

Also on the property are a contributing stable, granary, cattle/dairy barn, equipment shed and water tower. It was built by Henry Clayton, whose great-grandfather was Governor Joshua Clayton, president and governor of Delaware.It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1985.

Choptank-Upon-The-Hill is a historic home located near Middletown, New Castle County, Delaware. It was built about 1820, and is a 2+1⁄2-story, five-bay, brick house with a 2+1⁄2-story brick ell. The addition was built about 1840–50. The house features a Palladian window above the front facade, a gable roof with dormers, and interior gable end chimney piles.It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1985.
