Ali Mall

The Farmers Market is a wet market located at the Araneta City in Cubao, Quezon City. The market opened in 1975 and serves as one of the best and largest fresh produce markets both in Metro Manila and in the country. The market is owned by the ACI, Inc., and is monitored by the Quezon City Government.

Thrilla in Manila was the third and final boxing match between WBA, WBC, and The Ring heavyweight champion Muhammad Ali and Joe Frazier on October 1, 1975 for the heavyweight championship of the world at the Araneta Coliseum in Cubao, Quezon City, Philippines. The venue was temporarily renamed as the "Philippine Coliseum" for this match. Ali won by technical knockout (TKO) after Frazier's chief second, Eddie Futch, asked the referee to stop the fight after the 14th round. The contest's name is derived from Ali's rhyming boast that the fight would be "a killa and a thrilla and a chilla, when I get that gorilla in Manila." The bout is almost universally regarded as one of the best and most brutal fights in boxing history, and was the culmination of a three-bout rivalry between the two fighters that Ali won, 2–1. The fight was watched by a record global television audience of an estimated 1 billion viewers, including 100 million viewers watching the fight on closed-circuit theatre television, and 500,000 pay-per-view buys on HBO home cable television.

Farmers Plaza is a shopping mall located at the Araneta City in Cubao, Quezon City. Renovated and expanded in 1999 and in 2014, the five-level complex is the first ever fully first enclosed, air-conditioned mall in the Philippines, making it one of the oldest commercial buildings in the country. The mall is owned by the ACI, Inc. and offers 60,400 m2 (650,000 sq ft) of retail space, occupied mostly by various merchandise and lifestyle outlets.

The Araneta Coliseum, officially the Smart Araneta Coliseum due to sponsorship reasons, is an indoor multi-purpose sports arena that is part of the Araneta City in the Cubao area of Quezon City, Philippines. Nicknamed "the Big Dome", it is one of the largest indoor arenas in Asia, and it is also one of the largest clear span domes in the world. The dome measures approximately 108.0 meters (354.3 ft) making it the largest dome in Asia from its opening in 1960 until 2001 when it was surpassed by the Ōita Stadium in Japan with a dome measuring 274.0 meters (899.0 ft).The Smart Araneta Coliseum is mostly used for sports such as basketball. It is a main venue of the Philippine Basketball Association and for the basketball games of the National Collegiate Athletic Association and the University Athletic Association of the Philippines. The Big Dome is also used for boxing, cockfighting, local and international concerts, circuses, religious gatherings, beauty pageants and more.

The Gateway Square is a transit oriented, mixed-use superblock development located within the Araneta City complex in Cubao, Quezon City. The development was developed by the Araneta City, Inc. (ACI), a subsidiary of the Araneta Group. Located in the central part of the complex, the development stands across the Farmers Plaza mall, the Farmers Market, the Araneta City Cyberpark complex, the Fiesta Carnival, the New Frontier Theater, and the Aurora Tower. The complex occupies the buildings around the Smart Araneta Coliseum and the Gateway Malls, and combines malls, offices, hotels, a sports arena and parking spaces within a single space, while having additional leisure amenities placed within the complex, such as cinemas, restaurants, rooftop gardens, and convention and event spaces, as well as an art museum, a bowling alley, a church, a rooftop bar, and a supermarket. Construction of the complex began in October 2002 with the groundbreaking of the Gateway Mall 1 and was developed into various phases through the construction of various properties until its completion in September 2024 with the completion of the Ibis Styles Araneta City.

The Araneta City, formerly called Araneta Center, is a 35-hectare transit oriented, commercial mixed-use development in Socorro, Cubao, Quezon City, Philippines. It is located between Epifanio de los Santos Avenue (EDSA) and Aurora Boulevard and hosts the stations of the MRT Line 3 and the LRT Line 2. ACI, Inc., a company of the Araneta Group, is the developer, owner, and manager of the commercial area. The area hosts over 1 Million people daily.

The Manhattan Gardens, also known as the Manhattan Gardens at Araneta City is a 5.7-hectare (14-acre) transit-oriented residential development located at the Araneta City in Cubao, Quezon City. The project is a joint-venture project between the Araneta Group and the Megaworld Corporation, and marketed under Empire East Land Holdings Inc., a subsidiary of the Megaworld Corporation. The development is currently under development with 12 out of the 18 buildings completed, with 6 more towers set to be constructed in the pipeline.

Araneta Center–Cubao station, also called Araneta–Cubao station or simply Cubao station, is a station on the Manila Metro Rail Transit System Line 3. Araneta Center–Cubao station is one of the many elevated stations that can be found on the line. The station is located in Cubao in Quezon City and is named after the old name of the Araneta City, a mixed-used development in the city. The station is the fourth station for trains headed to Taft Avenue and the tenth station for trains headed to North Avenue.

Novotel Manila Araneta City, alternately named Novotel Manila Araneta Center, is a 4-Star Hotel located at the Araneta City in Quezon City, Philippines. The mid-scale, full-service hotel is part of AccorHotels, and the first hotel under the Novotel brand in the Philippines.

The Ibis Styles Araneta City (stylized as ibis Styles Araneta City) is a 286-room hotel located in the Araneta City, Quezon City, Philippines. The upcoming economy hotel is part of AccorHotels, and set to be the first hotel under the Ibis Styles brand in the Philippines.

The Araneta City Cyberpark is a 8-hectare (20-acre) office development located in the Araneta City in Cubao, Quezon City. Located along the southern part of the mixed-use commercial development, the office complex is currently undergoing a ₱20 billion redevelopment under a new master plan, consisting of five green office towers, retail spaces, and an outdoor park. The ongoing development currently includes 2 towers completed, and one tower topped off, with 191,000 m2 (2,055,906.89 sq ft) of office space completed as of January 2021. The complex is designed by ASYA Design and ACI Inc. serves as the owner and developer of the project. The redevelopment project is part of the Araneta City Master Plan.

Gateway Mall is a shopping mall in the Araneta City in Cubao, Quezon City, Philippines. Owned and operated by the Araneta City, Inc. (ACI, Inc.), a subsidiary of the Araneta Group, the mall was completed in 2004 and currently has 300,000 m2 (3,200,000 sq ft) of total floor area, making the mall one of largest in the Philippines. The Gateway Mall also currently sits on the northern area of the Araneta City, located at the northern end of the Araneta Coliseum and attracts over 220,000 shoppers daily, due to its close proximity to transport terminals and train stations. The Gateway Mall underwent an expansion project which was completed in 2023 named the Gateway Mall 2, located along the western side of the Araneta Coliseum. The expansion will feature a variety of shops, restaurants and leisure amenities and also includes the Ibis Styles Araneta City within the development.
