Bílý Potok (Javorník)

Javorník (Czech pronunciation: [ˈjavorɲiːk]; German: Jauernig) is a town in Jeseník District in the Olomouc Region of the Czech Republic. It has about 2,600 inhabitants. The historic town centre is well preserved and is protected by law as an urban monument zone.

Unikowice [unikɔˈvit͡sɛ] is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Paczków, within Nysa County, Opole Voivodeship, in south-western Poland, close to the Czech border. It lies approximately 2 kilometres (1 mi) south-east of Paczków, 23 km (14 mi) west of Nysa, and 70 km (43 mi) west of the regional capital Opole. Typical for the region, the German name of the village derives from the name of the Lokator who brought German farmers to the village which was a typical Waldhufendorf.

Its seat is the town of Paczków, which lies approximately 24 kilometres (15 mi) west of Nysa and 71 km (44 mi) west of the regional capital Opole. The gmina covers an area of 79.7 square kilometres (30.8 sq mi), and as of 2019 its total population is 12,560.

Horní Hoštice (Polish: Gościce Górne, German: Ober Gostitz) is a small village and part of the town of Javorník in the Olomouc Region in Czech Republic. It is located in the foothills of the Golden Mountains in the Sudetes, on the border with Poland.

Paczków [ˈpat͡ʂkuf] (German: Patschkau; Silesian: Paczkōw) is a town in Nysa County, Opole Voivodeship, in southern Poland, with 7,460 inhabitants (2019). It is one of the few towns in Europe in which medieval fortifications have been almost completely preserved. Located in the southeastern outskirts of the historical province of Lower Silesia, along the medieval road from Lesser Poland to Klodzko Valley and Prague, Paczków is called "Polish Carcassonne", thanks to its well-preserved medieval fortifications. However, while the famous French Carcassonne is a 19th-century reconstruction, all historic buildings of Paczków are authentic. The old town and its medieval fortifications are listed as one of Poland's official national Historic Monuments (Pomnik historii), as designated November 13, 2012. Its listing is maintained by the National Heritage Board of Poland.

Stary Paczków [ˈstarɨ ˈpat͡ʂkuf] (German: Alt Patschkau) is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Paczków, within Nysa County, Opole Voivodeship, in south-western Poland, close to the Czech border. It lies approximately 3 kilometres (2 mi) east of Paczków, 22 km (14 mi) west of Nysa, and 69 km (43 mi) west of the regional capital Opole. It is located within the historic region of Lower Silesia. Initially named Paczków, it was renamed Stary Paczków (meaning "Old Paczków") after the newly founded town of Paczków nearby took the name in 1254. In a medieval document from 1338 the village was mentioned under the Latinized name Antiquum Paczcow. The name Paczków comes from the Old Polish male name Pakosław. In 1861 the village was inhabited by 810 people, solely of Catholic confession. Between 1871 and 1945 it was part of Germany. The landmark of Stary Paczków is the medieval Church of All Saints.

Uhelná lies approximately 19 kilometres (12 mi) north-west of Jeseník, 87 km (54 mi) north of Olomouc, and 188 km (117 mi) east of Prague.

Ujeździec [uˈjɛʑd͡ʑɛt͡s] is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Paczków, within Nysa County, Opole Voivodeship, in south-western Poland, close to the Czech border. It lies approximately 4 kilometres (2 mi) south-east of Paczków, 21 km (13 mi) west of Nysa, and 68 km (42 mi) south-west of the regional capital Opole.Ujeździec was first mentioned in 1291 as Geseze.

Nové Vilémovice (in German Neu-Wilmsdorf) is a small village located in the Rychlebské Hory (Reichensteiner Gebirge in German) in the north-western part of Moravia in the Czech Republic, a territory historically known as Sudetenland. In the past, the village also administered two nearby settlements Hraničky and Červený Důl and today is a part of the village Uhelná.
