Tunis Institute of Fine Arts

Université Centrale (Arabic : الجامعة المركزية الخاصة), is a private university based in Tunis, Tunisia. It offers degrees in engineering, health, information technology, and business. Since 2017, it has been part of Honoris United Universities.

The National Institute of Statistics (officially in French: Institut national de la statistique (INS); or in Arabic: المعهد الوطني للإحصاء-تونس) is Tunisia's statistics agency. Its head office is in Tunis.

The Tunisian Internet Agency, known by its acronym ATI (short for Agence tunisienne d'Internet) and created on 12 March 1996, is the principal Tunisian ISP. It is run by the Ministry of Communications and has an equal mission to promote Internet usage in that country. The ATI also has the task of contributing to the installation of networks in various fields (health, education and agriculture), to manage the national network and domain name (.tn) to launch websites and organize trainings and workshops. Its customers are other ISPs, government agencies, state-run firms, research centres, etc. The ATI can thus regulate the entire national network because, except for public ISPs such as Tunisie Telecom, the 5 private suppliers Orange Tunisia, 3S Global Net, HexaByte, Ooredoo Tunisia and Topnet depend on it for the network's management.

The Institut des Hautes Etudes Commerciales de Carthage (Arabic: معهد الدراسات التجارية العليا بقرطاج) or IHEC Carthage is the first business school in Tunisia, it was founded in 1942.It is ranked as 1st business school in Tunisia and 6th for French-speaking Africa as for 2011.

Mahmoud el Materi University-UMM (Arabic: جامعة محمود الماطري) is a private Tunisian university located in Tunis, accredited by the State of Tunisia, which specializes in health studies. It holds the name of doctor Mahmoud El Materi. His daughter, Anissa El Materi Hached, is the founding president of the university.

The Établissement de la Radio Tunisienne (RT, French for Establishment of the Tunisian Radio or simply Tunisian Radio; in Arabic: مؤسسة الإذاعة التونسية) is Tunisia's state-owned public radio broadcaster. It was formed in August 2007, when the former national state broadcaster ERTT was split into separate radio and television companies. Tunisian Radio operates ten stations, four nationwide and six regionally. It is an active member of the European Broadcasting Union (EBU).

Lafayette is the central district of Tunis (Tunisia) which occupies the northern area of the avenue Habib Bourguiba. The Espérance de Tunis Training Center also called Hassen Belkhodja Training Center named after former Espérance Sportive de Tunis president Hassen Belkhodja The center also is famous fot its name as "Park B" it is a social center and training center, located in the heart of the city of Tunis between Avenue Mohammed V and the banks of the Tunis Lake and covers an area of 7 hectares. It has been home to Esperance's training center for about thirty years. During the 90s, the head office of Esperance, which was located in the Bab Souika district, was transferred there. Since then, new infrastructures adapted to the requirements of modern football have been built. A building houses, the General Management, the Administrative and Financial Services, the Press Department, the Ticketing and Subscription Department, the Sponsoring and Advertising Department, the Trophy Room, the Meeting Room as well as the Equipment Store. The Hassèn Belkhodja Park is made up of several integrated units.

On 24 November 2015, a bus carrying Tunisian presidential guards exploded, killing 12, on a principal road in Tunis, Tunisia. ISIL claimed responsibility for the attack. The bomber, who also died in the attack, was identified as Houssem Abdelli.
