Peapack is an active commuter railroad train station in the borough of Peapack–Gladstone, Somerset County, New Jersey. Located on Holland Avenue (County Route 661) in the Peapack section of the municipality, the station serves trains of New Jersey Transit's Gladstone Branch. Service in Peapack began on October 10, 1890 when trains started operating New Jersey West Line Railroad west from Bernardsville to Gladstone.

The Moses Craig Lime Kilns, also known as the Peapack and Gladstone Lime Kilns, are located at 122 Main Street in the borough of Peapack-Gladstone in Somerset County, New Jersey, United States. Built c. 1860, the lime kilns, listed as the Moses Craig Limekilns, were added to the National Register of Historic Places on April 11, 2019. The Historical Society of the Somerset Hills acquired the site in 1998. The kilns were subsequently transferred to the borough in 2019.

Peapack-Gladstone (also written as Peapack and Gladstone) is a borough in the Somerset Hills region of northern Somerset County in the U.S. state of New Jersey. Gill St. Bernard's School, established in 1900, is a private, nonsectarian, coeducational, college preparatory day school, serving students in pre-kindergarten through twelfth grade, located on a 208-acre (84 ha) campus that straddles the borders of Gladstone and neighboring Chester Township in Morris County.In the Forbes magazine 2017 ranking of the Most Expensive ZIP Codes in the United States, Gladstone was ranked as the 457th most expensive in the country, with its median home sale price of $938,042. Bedminster is an unincorporated community and census-designated place (CDP) comprising the primary community in Bedminster Township, Somerset County, in the U.S. state of New Jersey. It was first listed as a CDP prior to the 2020 census.The community is in northern Somerset County, in the east part of Bedminster Township. It is bordered to the east by the borough of Far Hills and to the north by the borough of Peapack and Gladstone. U.S. Routes 202 and 206 pass through the community. US 202 leads northeast 12 miles (19 km) to Morristown, while US 206 leads north 17 miles (27 km) to Netcong. Together, the two highways lead south 8 miles (13 km) to Somerville.

Far Hills is a NJ Transit station in Far Hills, in Somerset County, New Jersey, United States located at the intersection of Route 202 and CR 512, one-half mile (0.80 km) east of Route 206.

Blairsden is a historic 62,000-square-foot (5,800 m2), 38-room mansion located in Peapack-Gladstone, New Jersey. Set high on a hilltop overlooking Ravine Lake, the mansion is part of what was originally an estate of 550 acres (2,200,000 m2). In addition to its 38 rooms, the mansion has 25 fireplaces and 19 bathrooms.

The Far Hills Races is a steeplechase horserace held annually in Far Hills, New Jersey, United States. The October 2021 event was the 100th running, and race day purses can equal up to or more than $1,000,000, with six races offering the highest purses on the National Steeplechase Association circuit. Considered one of the premier social events of the year in the tri-state area, it is attended by as many as 75,000 people annually. Groups of visitors create unique and often extravagant fall picnic areas, complete with beautiful floral centerpieces, ice carvings, haybale seating, and culinary feasts. The Alexander and James Linn Homestead is a historic 36-acre (15 ha) property located on U.S. Route 202 (Mine Brook Road), between Lake and Sunnybranch roads, in the borough of Far Hills in Somerset County, New Jersey, United States. Built around 1750, the Linn House was added to the National Register of Historic Places on October 27, 1988, for its significance in architecture and politics/government.

Gladstone is a New Jersey Transit station in Peapack-Gladstone, Somerset County, New Jersey, United States. It is the western terminus of the Gladstone Branch of the Morris and Essex line. A yard is to the east of the station. The original 1891 wood station and freight station remains in service. The head house has been on the state and federal registers of historic places since 1984, listed as part of the Operating Passenger Railroad Stations Thematic Resource.

The Jacobus Vanderveer House, also known as Knox House, is a U.S. Federal style house located just north of the community of Pluckemin in Bedminster Township, Somerset County, New Jersey at the junction of US 202 and 206 north of River Road. The house was added to the National Register of Historic Places on September 29, 1995, and noted as an "excellent example of a Dutch–American house". The Vanderveer /Knox House & Museum while owned by Bedminster Township, is operated under the direction of the Friends of the Jacobus Vanderveer House, a 501-C3 non-profit organization. The Jacobus Vanderveer House is situated on part of the 218 acres (0.88 km2) that make up River Road Park. The house was thought to be built somewhere in the mid-1770s by James (Jacobus) Vanderveer, son to Jacobus Vanderveer after the property was willed to him by his father. The house is notable as being the headquarters for General Henry Knox during the second Middlebrook encampment during the Revolutionary War (1778–79). Knox was in command of the Continental Army Artillery Cantonment, what is now known as America's first military training academy, the forerunner to the United States Military Academy at West Point. What was then known as the Pluckemin Continental Artillery Cantonment Site is near the Vanderveer/Knox house, which happens to be the only remaining original structure on the fringe of the cantonment. Each year, the Jacobus Vanderveer House hosts a "colonial christmas" event to raise funds for the ongoing maintenance and preservation of the historic site. The event includes tree-lighting ceremony, traditional christmas decorations and other festivities.
