Landulph (Cornish: Lanndhylyk) is a hamlet and a rural civil parish in south-east Cornwall, England, United Kingdom. It is about 3 miles (5 km) north of Saltash in the St Germans Registration District.The parish lies on the River Tamar (which forms the county boundary between Cornwall and Devon) and the river surrounds Landulph to the north, east and south. Across the river are the Devon parishes of Bere Ferrers and Tamerton Foliot. To the south-east of Landulph is the parish of Botusfleming and to the west the parish of Pillaton. The population in the 2001 census was 485, which increased to 527 at the 2011 census.Settlements in the parish include the hamlet of Landulph and the bigger village of Cargreen which is on the bank of the River Tamar. The manor of Landulph belongs to the Duchy of Cornwall.The parish church of St Leonard & St Dilpe is in Landulph hamlet at OS Grid ref SX431615. Features of interest in the church include the panelling of the Lower family pew (ca. 1600), some unusual bench ends, a memorial inscription on brass for Theodore Paleologus (d. 1636), a descendant of the Byzantine Emperors, and a fine tomb of Nicholas Lower, d. 1655. Another brass is a memorial to Elizabeth Lower, 1638.

Weir Quay is a place on the banks of the River Tamar in Devon, England. It lies 1 mile (1.6 km) south west of the village of Bere Alston. Weir Quay is where the Tamar estuary narrows into the tidal river. The Tamar was navigable by seagoing ships of up to 400 register tons as far inland as here.

Warren Point County Wildlife Site is a wildlife park owned and managed by the city of Plymouth, Devon, England. Located in an industrial area, northwest of the centre of Plymouth, in the Ernesettle neighbourhood of the city, the 4.4-hectare (11-acre) site features, woodland, grassland, salt marsh and views of the River Tamar.

Tavy Bridge is a railway bridge across the mouth of the River Tavy just east of its confluence with the River Tamar. It was built by the Plymouth, Devonport and South Western Junction Railway, and the Tavy Bridge was constructed to carry the track over the Tavy Estuary and the adjoining mudflats. The bridge is a Grade II listed building, with both ends being listed separately.

The Bere Ferrers rail accident occurred at Bere Ferrers railway station in England on 24 September 1917 when ten soldiers from New Zealand alighted from their troop train on the wrong side of the train, having assumed they should leave by the same side they had entered, and were struck and killed by an oncoming express.

Bere Ferrers station on the Tamar Valley Line is situated near the village of Bere Ferrers in Devon, England. The station is on the former Southern main line between Exeter and Plymouth via Okehampton. It is currently operated by Great Western Railway (GWR).

Tamerton Foliot was a railway station, built by the Plymouth, Devonport and South Western Junction Railway (PDSWJR) on its line from Lydford to Devonport Kings Road and Plymouth Friary on the section that is now the Tamar Valley Line.

The Tamar–Tavy Estuary is a Site of Special Scientific Interest (SSSI) covering the tidal estuaries of the River Tamar and the River Tavy on the border between Cornwall and Devon in England, UK. Part of the Tamar estuary also forms the Tamar Estuary Nature Reserve, owned by the Cornwall Wildlife Trust. The site was designated in 1991 for its biodiversity and varying habitats that support many wader and wildfowl species, as well as the special interest of its marine biology.

Bere Ferrers, sometimes called Beerferris, is a village and civil parish on the Bere peninsula in West Devon in the English county of Devon. It is located to the north of Plymouth, on the west bank of the River Tavy. It has a railway station on the Tamar Valley Line. The civil parish includes the whole of the Bere peninsula, including the village of Bere Alston and the smaller settlements of Tuckermarsh, Rumleigh, Buttspill, Braunder, Cotts, Hewton, Weir Quay, Clamoak, Gnatham and Collytown. In 2001 the parish had a population of 3,066; this had decreased to 2,989 in 2011.

The Saltash Tunnel is a road tunnel on the A38 at Saltash in Cornwall, UK and was opened in 1988. The central lane operates as a reversible lane to cope with holiday and rush hour traffic and the speed limit is 30 mph. The tunnel is used by more than 38,000 motorists per day and is 410 m long. It was designed by Mott, Hay and Anderson, built by Balfour Beatty, and has a design life of at least 100 years.

South Pill is a suburb of Saltash in the civil parish of Saltash, east Cornwall, England, the word "pill" deriving from a tidal pool related to the estuary of the River Tamar.

Warleigh is an historic estate within the parish of Bickleigh (formerly Tamerton Foliot) in Devon, about 6 miles from Plymouth. Warleigh House, the manor house of the manor of Tamerton Foliot is situated one mile west of that village on the south-east bank of the River Tavy where it joins the River Tamar. It was remodelled in about 1830 in the Gothic style by John Foulston and has been listed Grade II* on the National Heritage List for England since 1960.The boundary walls of the garden are made from red brick and date from the 18th century and are Grade II listed. The red brick dovecote to the east of the main house dates from the early 18th century and is Grade II listed. The boat house to the south west of the house was built c.1800 in the Gothic style, and is Grade II listed.
