The Circuit Zolder, also known as Circuit Terlamen, is an undulating 4.011 km (2.492 mi) motorsport race track in Heusden-Zolder, Belgium.

Kasteel Lagendal is a country house in Lummen, in the province of Limburg, Belgium. It was built in 1850 in a vernacular late classical style as a shooting box commissioned by Paul Jacobs-Stellingwerff of Hasselt. Its name comes from its site on the longest point of the Lummen. Until 2005, renamed Kasteel Saint-Paul, it housed an up-market French restaurant.

Zolder is a village in/of boekt that is part of the Heusden-Zolder municipality of the Limburg province in the Flemish Community of Belgium. The village has its own village council. Boekt has a large parking lot, called Zolder centre.

Stokrooie (Dutch pronunciation: [ˈstɔkˌroːi̯ə]) is a sub-municipality of the city of Hasselt located in the province of Limburg, Flemish Region, Belgium. It was a separate municipality until 1971. In 1971, it was merged into Kuringen. On 1 January 1977, Kuringen was merged into Hasselt.

Meylandt Castle (Dutch: Kasteel Meylandt) is a country house, on the site of an earlier castle, in Heusden in the municipality of Heusden-Zolder, province of Limburg, Belgium. Although the site has been in use since the 1380s at the latest, the present building was constructed in 1907, replacing an earlier house of 1842.

Herkenrode Abbey (Limburgish: Abdij van Herkenrode) was a Catholic monastery of Cistercian nuns located in Kuringen, part of the municipality of Hasselt, which lies in the province of Limburg, Belgium. Since 1972 some of the surviving buildings have served as the home of a community of the Canonesses of the Holy Sepulchre, who have since built a new retreat center and church on the site. In 1974 the buildings and the surrounding estate were designated and since then protected as a national historical monument and landscape.

Kermt (Dutch pronunciation: [ˈkɛrmt] ) is a sub-municipality of the city of Hasselt located in the province of Limburg, Flemish Region, Belgium. It was a separate municipality until 1977. In 1971, Spalbeek was merged into Kermt. On 1 January 1977, Kermt was merged into Hasselt.

The Arrondissement of Hasselt (Dutch: Arrondissement Hasselt; French: Arrondissement de Hasselt) is one of the three administrative arrondissements in the Province of Limburg, Belgium. It is both an administrative and a judicial arrondissement. However, the Judicial Arrondissement of Hasselt also comprises the municipalities of Lommel, Hamont-Achel, Neerpelt, Overpelt, Hechtel-Eksel, Peer and Houthalen-Helchteren in the Arrondissement of Maaseik.

Eversel is a village in Heusden that is part of the municipality of Heusden-Zolder, Belgium. It is located in the northwestern corner of the municipality. Eversel is also a Roman Catholic parish established in 1839. The local Roman Catholic church is dedicated to Saint James the Greater (Sint-Jacobus de Meerdere) and was inaugurated on 5 September 1849. The nearby parish house is named Sint-Baaf after Saint Bavo. Historically Eversel is a part of Houweiken that was part of the fiefdom of Vogelzang. Although a part of Heusden, the dialect of Eversel tends to be closer to that of Beringen. It is a part of the Western Limburgish dialects, although linguists are not clear if the dialects in this region and especially the ones around Beringen are rather Brabantian than Limburgish.
