Ramat Yishai

Beit She'arim (Hebrew: בֵּית שְׁעָרִים, lit. 'House of Gates') is a moshav in northern Israel. Located in the Galilee near Ramat Yishai, it falls under the jurisdiction of Jezreel Valley Regional Council. As of 2021 it had a population of 813.Moshav Beit She'arim is named after the ancient town of Bet She'arayim, also known as Bet She'arim, the remains of which are in Beit She'arim National Park, five kilometers east of the moshav.

Kfar Yehoshua (Hebrew: כְּפַר יְהוֹשֻׁעַ, lit. 'Joshua's Village') is a moshav in northern Israel. Located between Haifa and Nazareth, it falls under the jurisdiction of Jezreel Valley Regional Council. In 2021 it had a population of 1,244.

Sde Ya'akov (Hebrew: שְׂדֵה יַעֲקֹב, lit. Ya'akov Field) is a religious moshav in northern Israel. Located near Kiryat Tiv'on, it falls under the jurisdiction of Jezreel Valley Regional Council. In 2021 it had a population of 1,094.

Alonim (Hebrew: אַלּוֹנִים, lit. 'Oaks') is a kibbutz in northern Israel. Located in the Lower Galilee, it falls under the jurisdiction of Jezreel Valley Regional Council. In 2021 the kibbutz had a population of 548.

Alonei Abba (Hebrew: אַלּוֹנֵי אַבָּא, lit. 'Abba's Oaks') is a moshav shitufi in northern Israel. Located in the Lower Galilee near Bethlehem of Galilee and Alonim, in the hills east of Kiryat Tivon, it falls under the jurisdiction of the Jezreel Valley Regional Council. In 2022 it had a population of 990. The modern village was founded in 1948 on the site of the historical Arab village of Umm el Amad, later the German Protestant Colony of Waldheim.

Manshiya Zabda (Arabic: منشية الزبدة; Hebrew: מנשייה זבדה), also known as Manshiyet Zabda, is a Muslim-majority Arab village in northern Israel. Located to the north of Ramat Yishai, it falls under the jurisdiction of Jezreel Valley Regional Council. In 2021 it had a population of 1,471.

Highway 75 is a 40 km long east-west highway in northern Israel. It runs from Haifa in the west to Nazareth and Nof HaGalil in the east.

Beit Zaid (Hebrew: בֵּית זַיִיד, lit. 'House of Zaid') is a moshav in northern Israel. Located near Kiryat Tiv'on, it falls under the jurisdiction of Jezreel Valley Regional Council. In 2021 it had a population of 76.

Tel Shem (Hebrew: תל שם), or Tell esh Shemmam (Arabic: تل الشمام), is an archaeological site located south of Kfar Yehoshua, in the Jezreel Valley, northern Israel. The Nahalal stream, a tributary of the Kishon River, flows east of the site. The site used to include a tell but it was flattened for agricultural use and it can no longer be seen on the surface. Fragments of building blocks and potsherds can be found scattered on the agricultural fields around the site and are usually exposed after the rain. Residents of Kfar Yehoshua have collected ancient artifacts from the site and put them as decorations in their homes. Those include complete vessels and figurines made of stone and pottery. The site was surveyed by Israeli archaeologist Avner Raban and a salvage excavation took place for the first time in 2013. The studies showed that although small, Tel Shem had human presence through almost every period from the Neolithic until the Byzantine rule, as well as during the Mamluk and Ottoman periods. A station of the old Jezreel Valley railway near Kfar Yehoshua was named after the site which was still visible in the beginning of the 20th century, before it was changed to "Kfar Yehoshua Station".

Jezreel Valley Regional Council (Hebrew: מועצה אזורית עמק יזרעאל, Mo'atza Azorit Emek Yizra'el) is a regional council in northern Israel that encompasses most of the settlements in the Jezreel Valley. It includes 15 kibbutzim, 15 moshavim, 6 community settlements and two Bedouin villages. Despite its name, some of these settlements are not located in the Jezreel Valley proper, but in the vicinity.

Nahalal (Hebrew: נַהֲלָל) is a moshav in northern Israel. Covering 8.5 square kilometers (3.3 sq mi), it falls under the jurisdiction of the Jezreel Valley Regional Council. In 2021 it had a population of 1,253.Nahalal is best known for its general layout, as designed by Richard Kauffmann: slightly oval round, similar to a spoke wheel, with its public buildings at the "hub" and individual plots of agricultural land radiating from it like spokes with symmetrically placed roads creating eight equal sectors, an inner ring of residential buildings, and an outer ring road.

Sheikh Bureik (Arabic: الشيخ بريك او الشيخ اِبريق), locally called Sheikh Abreik or Sheikh Ibreik in recent times, was a Palestinian Arab village located 10 miles (16 km) southeast of Haifa. Situated at an ancient site that shows evidence of habitation as early as the Iron Age, it was known as Beit She'arayim in the Roman and Byzantine periods and became an important center of Jewish learning in the 2nd century, with habitation continuing during the Early Islamic period and limited signs of activity from the Crusader period.The village appears under the name Sheikh Bureik in 16th century Ottoman archives. Named for a local Muslim saint to whom a shrine was dedicated that remains standing to this day, it was a small village whose inhabitants were primarily agriculturalists. Rendered tenant farmers in the late 19th century after the Ottoman authorities sold the village lands to the Sursuk family of Lebanon, the village was depopulated in the 1920s after this family of absentee landlords in turn sold the lands to the Jewish National Fund. A new Jewish settlement, also named Sheikh Abreik, was established there in 1925. Excavations at the site in 1936 revealed the ancient city, known in Greek as Besara and identified as Beth Shearim by Benjamin Mazar. The excavated part of the ancient town has become the Beit She'arim National Park, which is managed by the Israel Nature and Parks Authority.
