Brea City Hall Park, in Brea, California, was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1984. The Brea City Hall, designed by architect Allen Ruott, is combination of Art Deco and Spanish Colonial Revival in styling and was built in 1928.It included a public library as well as the site for the Brea Police Department and jail.The site is located near the original Downtown Brea and is one of the city's oldest remaining structures. An American Legion Hall, built in 1931, is another contributing building in the listing. The building has been restored and is now home to the Brea Lions Scout Center. The agreement was approved by the City Council in 1994. The City of Brea provided $200,000 and the Brea Lion Scout Foundation added $168,000 for the first phase.
