The Diocese of Helena (Latin: Dioecesis Helenensis) is the Latin Church ecclesiastical territory, or diocese, of the Catholic Church in western Montana in the United States. It is a suffragan diocese of the ecclesiastical province of the Archdiocese of Portland in Oregon. The mother church of the Diocese of Helena is the Cathedral of Saint Helena in Helena. The diocese was erected on March 7, 1884.

Kindrick Legion Field is a baseball park located in Helena, Montana which serves as the home field of three American Legion teams: the Senators, Reps, and Independents. It was previously the home ballpark of the Helena Brewers Minor League Baseball team who left after the 2018 season. The stadium was built in 1932 and holds 2,100 people.Formerly called Legion Park, and later Memorial Park Field, the name of the ballpark was changed in the mid-1970s to Kindrick Legion Field in honor of longtime American Legion supporter Ace Kindrick.City officials are considering the best future use for the field after the departure of the Helena Brewers: continue with just American Legion ball or seek to add a team from the collegiate summer Expedition League.

Helena High School is a public high school for grades 9 through 12 located in Helena, Montana, United States. It is part of the Helena Public School District. Founded in September 1876, it is the oldest high school in the state of Montana. A new building was completed in August 1935 and it was almost destroyed a few months later in the 1935 Helena earthquake. In 1955, the building became Helena Junior High School (now Helena Middle School) and Helena High School moved into its present location at 1300 Billings Avenue, just off Montana Avenue.

Helena College University of Montana is a public community college in Helena, Montana. It was established in 1939 and was previously known as The University of Montana – Helena College of Technology, Helena College of Technology, and the Helena Vocational-Technical Center. The school offers associate degrees in arts, science, and applied science as well as technical proficiency certificates in various fields.

The Wick-Seiler House is a historic house in Helena, Montana. It was designed in the Italianate style, and built in 1888 for John Wick and his wife, née Philipia Offenbaker, two immigrants from Germany. The Wicks lived here with their three children, including Elizabeth, who married Arthur Seiler, also an immigrant from Germany, and later lived in the house with her family. The house was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2000.

Temple Emanu-El in Helena, Montana, United States, was the first Jewish synagogue to be constructed between St. Paul, Minnesota, and Portland, Oregon. It was completed in 1891. The once-thriving Jewish community of Helena declined to the point that by the 1930s they could no longer maintain the building, and it was sold to the State of Montana, which added a second floor, converted it to office space and removed most religious symbolism from the building, though kept the unique stained glass windows. Eventually, the building fell into disuse by the state other than storage space, and so it was purchased by the Catholic Diocese of Helena, then sold back to the Montana Jewish project which owns it today and uses it as a center for Montana's Jewish community.

The Morris Silverman House is a historic house in Helena, Montana, U.S.. It was built in 1890 for Morris Silverman, a Russian Jewish immigrant. His daughter Dorothy, a schoolteacher, lived in the house until 1969. It has been listed on the National Register of Historic Places since June 14, 1982.

The Cathedral of Saint Helena is the cathedral of the Roman Catholic Diocese of Helena, Montana, United States. Modeled by architect A.O. Von Herbulis after the Votivkirche in Vienna, Austria, the construction began on the cathedral in 1908, and held its first mass in November 1914. Bishop John Patrick Carroll worked tirelessly to raise funds for building the cathedral and had an administrative role in management of the entire project. The cathedral sustained significant damage during the 1935 Helena earthquake, which required extensive renovations. The cathedral was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1980.

The Montana Senate is the upper house of the Montana Legislature, the state legislative branch of the U.S. state of Montana. The body is composed of 50 senators elected for four years. Half of the Senate is up for election every two years.

The Montana House of Representatives is, with the Montana Senate, one of the two houses of the Montana Legislature. Composed of 100 members, the House elects its leadership every two years.

The Montana State Capitol is the state capitol of the U.S. state of Montana that houses the Montana State Legislature which is located in the state capital of Helena at 1301 East Sixth Avenue. The building was constructed between 1896 and 1902 with wing-annexes added between 1909 and 1912.
