Como Park Senior High School (CPSHS or commonly known as CPHS) is a public high school located in the Lake Como area of Saint Paul, Minnesota, United States, serving grades nine through twelve. Along with nine other public high schools, Como Park comprises the Saint Paul Public Schools. Newsweek ranked the school in their "List of the Top High Schools in America" for the fourth time in five years (2006, 2007, 2009, and 2010).

Como Lake is a 70.5-acre (285,000 m2) lake up to 15.5 feet (4.7 m) deep in St. Paul, Minnesota, United States. It, along with the neighboring Como Park, has been a recreation area for residents of the Twin Cities for more than a century. It was named in 1848 by local farmer Charles Perry. A pavilion sits on the west side of the lake, and plays host to theatrical performances and concerts during the warmer months. The park features a variety of attractions, including the Como Park Zoo and Conservatory and the Como Regional Park Pool.

Bridges No. L-5853 and 92247 are two side-by-side bridges in Saint Paul, Minnesota, United States. They were built in 1904 over the Como-Harriet streetcar line, connecting the nearby Twin City Rapid Transit Company station to the line running west to Minneapolis; Bridge No. 92247 carries traffic on Lexington Avenue over the tracks and Bridge No. L-5853 carried pedestrians; the latter is an example of an early reinforced concrete arch bridge, using the Melan reinforcing system by the William S. Hewett & Company of Minneapolis.The bridges were evaluated as part of the Reinforced-Concrete Highway Bridges in Minnesota MPS and were listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1989.

Frank Jay Haynes (October 28, 1853 – March 10, 1921), known as F. Jay or the Professor to almost all who knew him, was a professional photographer, publisher, and entrepreneur from Minnesota who played a major role in documenting through photographs the settlement and early history of the great Northwest. He became both the official photographer of the Northern Pacific Railway and of Yellowstone National Park as well as operating early transportation concessions in the park. His photographs were widely published in articles, journals, books and turned into stereographs, and postcards in the late 19th and early 20th century.

The North End is a neighborhood in Saint Paul in the U.S. state of Minnesota. The neighborhood was built around Rice Street and is often referred to by that name. It is bounded by Larpenteur Avenue on the north, the Burlington Northern Santa Fe Railroad tracks to the south, Dale Street to the west, and Interstate 35E to the east.

The park, zoo and conservatory are owned by the City of Saint Paul and are a division of Saint Paul Parks and Recreation. Its attractions include the zoo, the conservatory, an amusement park, a carousel, Lake Como, a golf course, a pool and more. The park receives more than 1.9 million visitors annually. Como Park is a free park and while no admission fee is charged for the zoo or conservatory, voluntary donations of $4 per adult and $2 child are suggested.

Reservoir Woods Park is a public park in Roseville, Minnesota, United States. The largely undeveloped 115-acre (47 ha) property contains some of the highest ground in the city and two dog parks.The site of the park contains a 30 million-gallon aboveground reservoir that was built and operated by the City of Saint Paul. The land was sold to the City of Roseville in 1997, after the old 90 million-gallon reservoir built in 1918 became outdated and was taken out of service.When Roseville created Reservoir Woods Park, the land was intentionally left in a very forest-like state. Very little development has been done other than building a paved trail through the park and maintaining various natural-surface trails. The park's paved trail connects to the McCarrons Lake paths and Trout Brook Regional Trail to the east, sidepaths along Roselawn Avenue and Lexington Avenue to the west, a sidepath along Dale Street to the north, and the parking area off Larpenteur Avenue to the south.

Como Zoo was the first zoo established in Minnesota. Founded in 1897, the zoo is located within Como Park, in Saint Paul, Minnesota. Como Zoo is a member of the Association of Zoos and Aquariums (AZA).
