Frank Jay Haynes (October 28, 1853 – March 10, 1921), known as F. Jay or the Professor to almost all who knew him, was a professional photographer, publisher, and entrepreneur from Minnesota who played a major role in documenting through photographs the settlement and early history of the great Northwest. He became both the official photographer of the Northern Pacific Railway and of Yellowstone National Park as well as operating early transportation concessions in the park. His photographs were widely published in articles, journals, books and turned into stereographs, and postcards in the late 19th and early 20th century.

Concordia Academy is a Christian high school (Grades 9–12) in Roseville, Minnesota, United States. Established in 1893, it is a Christian high school owned and operated by the Lutheran High School Association of St. Paul and affiliated with the Lutheran Church–Missouri Synod.

Arlington Senior High School was a public high school in Saint Paul, Minnesota, United States. It was located in the city's North End neighborhood, north of Downtown Saint Paul. Arlington opened on September 3, 1996, and was the districts first new high school since Humboldt Senior High School opened twenty years earlier.By 2010, the school enrolled only 875 students in grades 9–12, despite having operated near its capacity of 2,000 most of the years it was open. The school consistently served a population that was around 95% students of color, 50-60% ELL, and 90-95% students on free/reduced price lunch. The school was closed after the 2010–2011 school year. Arlington was the only high school in Saint Paul with no attendance boundaries and enrolled students from throughout the city. Beginning in the 2009 school year, the school's main educational focus was "Bio-SMART," a program that emphasizes bioscience and the use of technology in health care. The school offered several Advanced Placement classes as well as several College in the Schools classes, in conjunction with the University of Minnesota. Following the schools closure, Washington Middle School took over the school grounds and the school is now known as the Washington Technology Magnet School, hosting grades 6-12 and continuing the Bio-SMART program, fulfilling the ultimate goal of Arlington Senior High School.

The Casiville Bullard House is a historic house in Saint Paul, Minnesota, United States. It was built from 1909 to 1910 by stonemason and bricklayer Casiville Bullard (1873–1959), one of the few known African-American skilled workers active in the building trades in early-20th-century Saint Paul. The house was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1997 for its local significance in the themes of black history and social history.

Como Park Senior High School (CPSHS or commonly known as CPHS) is a public high school located in the Lake Como area of Saint Paul, Minnesota, United States, serving grades nine through twelve. Como Lake is a 70.5-acre (285,000 m2) lake up to 15.5 feet (4.7 m) deep in St. Paul, Minnesota, United States. It, along with the neighboring Como Park, has been a recreation area for residents of the Twin Cities for more than a century. It was named in 1848 by local farmer Charles Perry. A pavilion sits on the west side of the lake, and plays host to theatrical performances and concerts during the warmer months. The park features a variety of attractions, including the Como Park Zoo and Conservatory and the Como Regional Park Pool.

EMID East Metro Integration District 6067 was a special school district in the U.S. state of Minnesota created as a collaboration between Saint Paul Public Schools and nine suburban school districts in the eastern Minneapolis–Saint Paul metro area. The Church of Saint Bernard is a Roman Catholic parish in the North End neighborhood of Saint Paul, Minnesota. The brick church was designed by John Jager and built 1905–1914 in the Prairie School and Art Nouveau styles. It is listed on the National Register of Historic Places.The parish formerly included a private school, Saint Bernard's High School, which closed in 2010 due to declining enrollment.

Saint Bernard's High School was a private, Roman Catholic high school in Saint Paul, Minnesota, United States. The High School, along with an elementary school that served pre-kindergarten to eighth grade, also closed, were both part of the Church of Saint Bernard, which is adjacent to the former school building (now used to house the Community School of Excellence). The Parish and Grade School were founded in 1891, with the high school being opened in 1957.

Bennett Lake is a lake located in Roseville, Minnesota, a suburb of the Twin Cities. It occupies 28 acres (11 ha) acres and is known for its shore fishing. The lake is adjacent to Roseville Central Park, the city's largest park.A 2005 shore restoration project led to improved water quality, and the nearby Prince of Peace Lutheran Church has constructed rain gardens to restrict the flow of surface runoff into the lake.
