The Frank L. and Mabel H. Dean House is an historic house at 10 Cedar Street in Worcester, Massachusetts. Built in 1901 for a prominent lawyer and politician, it is a well-preserved example of period Colonial Revival architecture, with rare period handpainted wall murals. The house was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2002.

The Waldo Street Police Station is a historic former police station on Waldo Street in Worcester, Massachusetts. Built in 1918 to a design by George H. Clemence, it is a distinctive local example of Renaissance Revival architecture. It served as the city's police headquarters and district until 1980, and now houses commercial tenants. The building, now part of One Exchange Place, was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1980.

Saint Vincent Hospital is a 381-bed hospital located in Worcester, Massachusetts. Founded by the Catholic Sisters of Providence of Holyoke in 1893, Saint Vincent's was named after the patron saint of the Sisters' order, Saint Vincent de Paul. In 1990, the hospital merged with the Fallon Healthcare System. Vanguard Health Systems purchased the hospital in 2005. In 2021, nurses went on strike at the hospital, which by this time was owned by Tenet Healthcare.

The Worcester Palladium, also known as The Palladium or Palladium Theatre, is an all-ages concert hall and performance venue located in Worcester, Massachusetts. The Palladium was designed by architect Arlan W. Johnson and opened as a theatre in 1928 as the Plymouth Theatre. The Gilman Block was a historic commercial building at 207-219 Main Street in Worcester, Massachusetts. Built in 1896, it was a distinguished local example of Classical Revival and Romanesque styling, reflective of the city's rapid growth in the late 19th century. The building was acquired by the state and demolished in 2004 to provide space for a new courthouse. The courthouse incorporates a part of the facade of the building and has an exposition of its history. It had been listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2000,

The Higher Education Consortium of Central Massachusetts (HECCMA) is a nonprofit association of eleven public and private colleges and universities located in Central Massachusetts. The Consortium allows full-time students at any of the member colleges or universities to cross-register for one class per semester at other Consortium schools for no additional tuition.

Built in 1926, it is a good example of a commercial Classical Revival building, built by a prominent local developer. The building was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1980. It is now mostly occupied by residences.

The Elwood Adams Store was an historic hardware store at 156 Main Street in Worcester, Massachusetts. At the time of its closing in October 2017, it had been the longest operating hardware store in the United States, having begun business in 1782. The building that the store resided in was built about 1831, and is one of Worcester's oldest commercial buildings. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1980.

The Armsby Block is an historic mixed-use residential and commercial building at 144-148 Main Street in Worcester, Massachusetts. Built in 1885 to a design by noted local architect Stephen Earle, it is a well-preserved example of Panel Brick architecture. The building was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1980.

The Old State Mutual Building is an historic commercial building at 240 Main Street in Worcester, Massachusetts. It served as the offices of the State Mutual Life Assurance Company from its construction in 1870 until 1897. Designed by Boston architect Charles B. Atwood, it is one of a few surviving Second Empire commercial buildings in the city. The granite building is four stories high, the last of which is under a mansard roof. It is three window bays wide, with a slightly projecting central bay, which is topped at the third floor by a small pediment. The bays are divided by Ionic pilasters, and the rooftop is crowned by an iron railing.The building was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1980.
