Notre-Dame-de-Gravenchon (French pronunciation: [nɔtʁ dam də ɡʁavɑ̃ʃɔ̃]) is a former commune in the Seine-Maritime department in the Normandy region in northern France. On 1 January 2016, it was merged into the new commune of Port-Jérôme-sur-Seine.

It is 15.5 km (9.6 mi) long.The river rises at Bolbec and passes Gruchet-le-Valasse, where its name changes to the Commerce.
