Fragnes-La Loyère (French pronunciation: [fʁaɲ la lwajɛʁ]) is a commune in the Saône-et-Loire department of eastern France. The municipality was established on 1 January 2016 and consists of the former communes of Fragnes and La Loyère.

Virey-le-Grand (French pronunciation: [viʁɛ lə ɡʁɑ̃], before 1987: Virey) is a commune in the Saône-et-Loire department in the region of Bourgogne-Franche-Comté in eastern France.

Gare de Chalon-sur-Saône is the railway station serving the town Chalon-sur-Saône, Saône-et-Loire department, eastern France. It is situated on the Paris–Marseille railway, at kilometre post 382.150 from Paris Gare de Lyon, and at an altitude of 179 m. The original station in Chalon was built in the centre as a terminus. To avoid trains reversing direction, a bypass containing a new station was planned. In 1893 the old station was closed and all traffic began to serve the modern station.

It is located in the Saône-et-Loire department, in the Bourgogne-Franche-Comté region, eastern France. It was created in January 1994. Its seat is in Chalon-sur-Saône. Its area is 551.7 km2. Its population was 113,879 in 2017, of which 45,096 in Chalon-sur-Saône proper.
