777 Tower

The Beaudry is a residential tower in downtown Los Angeles, California that is located within FIGat7th shopping mall. It was developed by Brookfield Properties and designed by Marmol Radziner. The tower is named after former 19th century Los Angeles mayor, Prudent Beaudry.

EY Plaza, formerly known as Ernst & Young Plaza, is a 534-foot (163 m) tall skyscraper in Los Angeles, California. It was completed in 1985, has 41 floors and is the 18th tallest building in Los Angeles. The tower is currently owned by Brookfield Properties Inc, and was designed by Skidmore, Owings & Merrill LLP. Even though it is in California, this building was placed in the New York skyline in the movie The Day After Tomorrow. Upon completion in 1985, this building stood as financial giant Citicorp's, later Citigroup, California headquarters.

Figueroa Eight is a 530 foot (160 m)-tall residential skyscraper under construction in Downtown Los Angeles, California. Figueroa Eight is owned by Japanese real estate developer Mitsui Fudosan. The building broke ground in February 2020 and topped out in October 2022. Figueroa Eight is one of the tallest buildings in Los Angeles.

FIGat7th (formerly 7+Fig Shopping Center, originally Seventh Market Place at Citicorp Plaza) is an open-air shopping mall located in the Financial District of Downtown Los Angeles. It is nestled between two office skyscrapers, 777 Tower and Ernst & Young Plaza. Some of its current retailers include Target, Starbucks Coffee, Morton's Steakhouse, Victoria's Secret, and California Pizza Kitchen. There are also weekly and monthly events hosted by the mall, such as a farmer's market and art exhibitions. The mall primarily catered to office workers in Downtown Los Angeles. With the rapid growth of the area's population, however, the mall has started to reposition itself to better serve the needs of the residential community.

The Southern California Gas Company Complex is a group of buildings on Flower Street in Downtown Los Angeles. The main building, completed in 1925, was designed in the Renaissance Revival style by John and Donald Parkinson. It was originally used as offices by the Southern California Gas Company, but was later converted to lofts. The six story extension at 820 S. Flower Street was designed by Robert V. Derrah in the Art Deco architecture style in 1942. The two concrete side sections curve into a recessed glass center.The buildings were added to the National Register of Historic Places in 2004.

Alliance College-Ready Public Schools (LA Alliance) is a not-for-profit organization which operates charter schools in Los Angeles. Based at the Frank E. Baxter Education Complex (next to Gertz-Ressler High School and on the east end of Richard Merkin Middle School), it is governed by a board of 27 directors and represented by president & CEO Dan Katzir.

Homage to Cabrillo: Venetian Quadrant is a 1985 metal sculpture by Eugene Sturman, installed in Los Angeles, California. The 33-foot bronze and stainless steel artwork was valued at $250,000 as of 1985.The work was surveyed as part of the Smithsonian Institution's "Save Outdoor Sculpture!" program in 1994. The following description is used in the survey: "Comprised of four main elements which form a quadrant, representing the four corners of the earth or four points of the celestial sphere, and two long conical shapes which encompass a time capsule."

The TCW Tower is a 37-story, 157.58 m (517.0 ft) skyscraper in Los Angeles, California. It is the 19th tallest building in the city. The building was completed in 1990 when it and its designer, Albert C. Martin & Associates, were awarded the Outstanding Structural Design Award by the Los Angeles Tall Building Structural Design Council.

The landmark Fine Arts Building is located at 811 West 7th Street in Downtown Los Angeles, California. Also known as the Global Marine House, it was declared a historic cultural monument in 1974.

The Original Pantry Cafe is a coffee shop and restaurant in Los Angeles, California. Located at the corner of 9th and Figueroa in Downtown L.A.'s South Park district, The Pantry (as it is known by locals) claims to never have closed or been without a customer since it opened including when it changed locations in 1950 to make room for a freeway off-ramp; it served lunch in the original location and served dinner at the new location the same day. This claim is also attributed to the fact that Dewey Logan never refused a customer even if he or she was short on money. It was however, closed briefly at the order of health inspectors on November 26, 1997, and reopened the next day. That tradition has ended however, and the restaurant is currently open from 7 am to either 3 or 5 pm, depending on the day. The restaurant is currently owned by former Los Angeles mayor Richard Riordan and has served many celebrities and politicians.

Wilshire Grand Center is a 1,100-foot (335.3 m) skyscraper in the financial district of downtown Los Angeles, California, occupying the entire city block between Wilshire Boulevard and 7th, Figueroa, and Francisco streets. Completed in 2017, it is the tallest building west of Chicago. Its height surpasses L.A.'s U.S. Bank Tower by 82 ft (25 m).The building is part of a mixed-use hotel, retail, observation decks, shopping mall, and office complex. The development of the complex is estimated to cost $1.2 billion. The Wilshire Grand Center includes 67,000 square feet (6,225 m2) of retail, 677,000 square feet (62,895 m2) of Class A office space, and the 889-room InterContinental Los Angeles Downtown. The hotel features a 70th floor Sky Lobby, state-of-the-art fitness center, expansive pool deck and several restaurants including a high-end steakhouse and Spire 73 – the tallest open-air bar in the Western Hemisphere.

LA Grand Hotel is a proposed super tall tower by Shenzhen World Group in Los Angeles, California. The new tower will rise in Downtown Los Angeles's Bunker Hill neighborhood, one block west of the currently under-construction Grand Av Arts/Bunker Hill Metro Rail station. It is proposed to house 242 condominiums, 559 hotel rooms, and 28,700 square feet of retail along Figueroa St. The proposed complex is currently in the design/funding process. No timeline has been announced.The Tower development was placed on hold in 2019 due to corruption allegations between the developer and council member Jose Huizar. The US Attorney's office has filed charges described in public legal papers, accusing the developer to giving $500,000 to an unnamed person.
