Iere Village

The Iere Village Mosque is a mosque in Iere, Princes Town, Trinidad and Tobago.

Princes Town is a town within an eponymous region, located on south-Central Trinidad island in Trinidad and Tobago. The population of the town is 28,335.

The Tamana Formation is a geologic formation in Trinidad and Tobago. It preserves fossils dating back to the Burdigalian to Serravallian period.

Borde Narve Village is a fast-growing village centered on the Cipero Road in between San Fernando and Princes Town in Southern Trinidad. It is located in the Princes Town Regional Corporation. The village has been growing at a fast rate since 1999, thanks to its location almost equidistant from the two main towns. The village's precise population is unknown but is estimated at 1,500. The exact beginning and ends of the village have blurred and are not clear-cut. However, the towns of Lengua (to the east) and St. Johns (to the west) are adjacent to it. The village has one cricket ground located at the junction of Cipero Road and Inverness. The village also has several churches and businesses as of late. The village is represented by the Naparima District. The current Minister of Parliament is Nazim Baskh of UNC-A.

Gasparillo is a settlement in southern Trinidad. It lies east of Pointe-à-Pierre and northeast of San Fernando. The population is 16,426. The name Gasparillo is applied not only to Gasparillo area, but also the surrounding communities including Bonne Aventure, Reform and Whiteland. Trinidadians do not use Spanish sounds when saying Gasparillo. Correct local pronunciation is "gas-PARR-ri-low." Gasparillo is administrated by Couva–Tabaquite–Talparo Regional Corporation and Princes Town Regional Corporation. Gasparillo owes much of its size to its proximity to the Petrotrin oil refinery at Pointe-à-Pierre. It also provides the only publicly accessible route from the Sir Solomon Hochoy Highway to the town of Marabella and the Manny Ramjohn Stadium, named for Olympian, Scout Leader and long-time Gasparillo resident, Manny Ramjohn. The Gasparillo Chamber of Commerce was launched on 8 September 2018.

Bonne Aventure (French: "Good Adventure") is a village in the county of Victoria, Trinidad. It is considered to be part of the larger town of Gasparillo. The surrounding villages or areas that are most populated are Mayo and Gasparillo. Other areas of concentration are alongside the main roads such as Light Bourne Trace, Cotton Hill Rd., Caratal Rd., Parforce Rd and Cocoa Piece.

Hardbargain is a village on the island of Trinidad in the Caribbean country Trinidad and Tobago. It is situated on the southern edge of the Central Range. Hardbargain has a Hindu Mandir called the Triveni Mandir aka the Sisters Road Hindu Temple. This establishment has been in existence since the 1960s. The current structure was officially opened in November 2002. The Triveni Mandir offers a forum to learn various aspects of the Hindu culture and tradition, such as Bhajan singing, Indian dance, Indian music, Chowtaal singing, etc. Hardbargain also has a Roman Catholic school. The members of the Hardbargain Village Council are the 2006 first-place winners of The Prime Minister's Best Village Trophy Competition in the Devotional and Chutney singing categories.

Piparo is a village in Central Trinidad on the southern edge of the Central Range. The village has three main claims to fame: Piparo was the base of operations of Dole Chadee (born Nankissoon Boodram), a notorious drug lord who was executed in 1999 for the murder of four members of the Baboolal family. Piparo was the home of Ras Shorty I (born Garfield Blackman) during his self-imposed break from the soca world. Living simply in this rural community Ras Shorty-I developed jamoo, a fusion of soca and gospel music. Piparo was the site of a large mud volcano eruption on February 22, 1997. The eruption covered an area of 2.5 km² and displaced 31 families. The mud volcano now lies active where the eruption took place ( as of October 2019).During the early twentieth century, Piparo was an important cocoa bean producer. The small village is mainly inhabited by people of African and Indian descent. There is a mandir, two mosques, and three churches. Since the eruption in 1997, an alternate road to the village has been established through the village of Guaracara or a detour around the volcanic site through Panchoo trace.
