The Wycombe Swan complex consists of the main theatre, the Wycombe Swan Town Hall, and the Oak Room, all of which can be hired for events. It has a capacity of 1,076.The theatre was refurbished in the summer of 2010.It is also home to the Wycombe Swan Youth Project - previously known as Wycombe Swan Youth Theatre - which is a Youth Theatre Company open to 10- to 19-year-olds. The organisation runs workshops and performance-based activities as well as a show every year.

Wycombe Museum (aka Wycombe Local History and Chair Museum) is a free local museum located in the town of High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire, England. It is run by Wycombe Heritage and Arts Trust, as of 1 December 2016. It was previously run by Wycombe District Council. The museum is located in Castle Hill House on Priory Avenue. It is situated in an 18th-century house on a medieval site, and surrounding the museum are Victorian gardens. The museum presents exhibitions the history of the local area, including the furniture industry, especially chair-making. There are displays of Windsor chairs, lace, art and natural history.

The Magic Roundabout in High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire, England, is similar to the roundabouts with the same name in Hemel Hempstead and other places. It is located on the junction of the A40 and A404 roads. The junction is the second meeting point of the two roads; they interchange at the start of the A404 in Marylebone, London, with the A40 forming the Westway. The two roads follow different routes to reach Wycombe, the A40 coming via Beaconsfield and the A404 via North London and Amersham. From the roundabout, the A40 continues towards Oxford, Cheltenham, Gloucester and South Wales, whilst the A404 goes south to Marlow and Maidenhead.

The institution dates from 1891, when it was founded as the School of Science and Art, and has since then has variously been known as Wycombe Technical Institute, High Wycombe College of Technology and Art and the Buckinghamshire College of Higher Education. Wycombe Abbey is an independent girls' boarding and day school in High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire, England. It is consistently ranked as one of the top all-girls schools in academic results.The school was founded in 1896 by Dame Frances Dove (1847–1942), who was previously headmistress of St Leonards School in Scotland. Its present capacity is approximately 650 girls, aged 11 to 18. The current headmistress is Jo Duncan. The school is on a 69 hectare campus in central High Wycombe. The land includes woods, gardens, a Cold War bunker (RAF Daws Hill) and a lake, and rises up to 150 metres above sea level in the Chiltern Hills. The freehold is owned by the school; the main house and several buildings at Wycombe Abbey are Grade II* listed.

The Hospital of St John the Baptist was a hospital in High Wycombe in Buckinghamshire, England between 1180 and 1548. It was situated on the main road that ran from Oxford to London (what is now the A40) east of the town centre.

The Eden Shopping Centre, commonly known as Eden, is a shopping and entertainment complex in High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire in the south east of England. With a floor area of 850,000 square feet (79,000 m2), it is the 37th largest shopping centre in the United Kingdom and the largest in the surrounding area. The centre has 107 shops, a bowling alley, a cinema, a library (which opened on 3 June 2008), 48 residential flats and parking for 1,600 cars on site with other car parks available nearby. The complex includes a bus station which opened in July 2006 followed by the shopping centre on 13 March 2008. Construction of the centre formed a key part of the major regeneration of High Wycombe in a bid to transform the town into a regional shopping destination. Eden attracted one million visitors within two weeks of opening and regularly attracts over 350,000 visitors per week.
