The Jacob M. Funk Farm, also known as the Heaton House, is a historic farm in Washington County, Maryland, listed on the National Register of Historic Places. The 7.6 acres (3.1 ha) property includes a stone house, barn, springhouse and dairy house, all built of local stone. The buildings were built between 1800 and 1840, and represent an outstanding group of early 19th century stone German vernacular buildings of a type common to the area. The house is two stories in an L-shape, with a frame addition. There are five rooms downstairs with an entry/stair hall, with a similar arrangement upstairs. A cellar includes traces of an older house that was incorporated into the new house. It features a fireplace that retains two swivel cooking cranes. The barn is a stone a frame structure of the "Sweitzer" kind, with stone ends.The Jacob M. Funk Farm was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2006.

The Doub's Mill Historic District is a national historic district that encompasses a portion of the small community of Beaver Creek, Maryland, dating to the late 18th century and early 19th century. The dominating structure is Doub's Mill, a grain mill built between 1811 and 1821 by John Funk. Using local limestone, the neighborhood displays an unusual consistency of style and construction. In addition to Doub's Mill, there are five other homes and numerous outbuildings, all originally part of the mill complex. The stone structures are built in the German tradition, and one has a date stone inscribed 1782, at which time the area belonged to Henry and Christian Newcomer, Mennonites of Swiss-German origin.Doub's Mill Historic District was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1979.

It is one of two historic farm complexes located in Ditto Farm Regional Park, along with the Henry McCauley Farm.Ditto Knolls was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1976.

The property also includes a large stone and frame bank barn and a metal windmill for pumping water. It is one of two historic farm complexes located in Ditto Farm Regional Park, along with Ditto Knolls.The Henry McCauley Farm was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1976.

The house features a rather elaborate neoclassical cornice with dentils matching the entrance frontispiece and extending along the entire length of the house. The stone section postdates the log structure and was erected between 1790 and 1810.It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1975.
