Langeland (Danish: [ˈlɑŋəˌlænˀ] (listen), lit. 'Long land') is a Danish island located between the Great Belt and Bay of Kiel. The island measures 285 km2 (c. 110 square miles) and, as of 1 January 2018, has a population of 12,446. The island produces grain and is known as a recreational and wellness tourism area. A bridge connects it to Tåsinge via Siø – a small island with a population of approximately 20 – and the main island of Funen (to the northwest). There are connections by car ferry to the islands of Lolland, Ærø, and Strynø. Rudkøbing, the island's largest town, is the birthplace of famous physicist and chemist Hans Christian Ørsted, his brother, Anders Sandøe Ørsted, a former Danish prime minister, and their nephew, botanist Anders Sandøe Ørsted. Administratively, Langeland and several smaller islands around it form the Municipality of Langeland, the most populous of them being Strynø.

Rudkøbing is a town in Denmark, on the western coast of the island of Langeland. It is the seat of Langeland Municipality, in the Southern Denmark Region. The town is located 15 kilometres (9.3 mi) southeast of Svendborg and is connected to Siø through the Siøsund Bridge.

Rudkøbing Church is a church located in Rudkøbing, Langeland, Demark. It is unsure when exactly the church was built, but it is estimated that it was most likely in the late 12th century or early 13th century. The church was restored by Hans Jacob Dahr in 1780, by Niels Sigfred Nebelong in 1837, by Hector Estrup in 1895 and by Marinus Andersen in 1956. The altar decoration used is copied from Aabykrucifikset.

Rudkøbing Pharmacy (Danish: Rudkøbing Apotek) has since its foundation in 1705 been located at Brogade 15 in Rudkøbing on the island of Langeland, Denmark. The current buildings were constructed in the 1850s and have been listed in the Danish registry of protected buildings and places. The former laboratory and a storage room on the first floor are operated as a museum under the name Det Gamle Apotek by Rudkøbing Museum.

Langeland Bridge (Danish, Langelandsbroen) is a road bridge that connects the islands Langeland and Siø. From Siø a connection exists via Tåsinge to Funen. It was built from 1960 to 1962.

Tullebølle is a town in south Denmark, located in Langeland Municipality on the island of Langeland in Region of Southern Denmark. Tullebølle has a population of 756 (1 January 2022).

Siø is a small Danish island in the South Funen Archipelago between Tåsinge and Langeland. It is part of Langeland Municipality. With an area of 1.3 km2, as of 1 January 2014 it has a population of 16. Since 1681, a system of dykes has expanded it to include the former islands of Skovø and Store Fugleø. In 1959, it was connected to Tåsinge by a causeway and a low bridge and, in 1962, to Langeland by a bridge. Today the island is used mainly for pig farming.

The Siøsund Bridge (Danish: Siøsundbroen) is a road bridge that connects the Danish islands of Tåsinge and Siø. It crosses Siøsund, a shallow strait that allowed much of the link to be built as a causeway, the Siø Causeway or Siø Dam (Danish: Siødæmningen).The bridge is a low box girder bridge that does not allow the passage of ships. It consists of 20 identical spans, each 27 metres (89 ft) long, and was the first bridge in Denmark to be built from prefabricated concrete box girders. The road deck is 7.0 metres (23 ft) wide, with a 2.5 m (8 ft) pavement on either side.The bridge and causeway are part of route 9 which also connects Tåsinge to Funen via the Svendborgsund Bridge and Siø to Langeland via the Langeland Bridge.

Humble Parish (Danish: Humble Sogn) is a parish in the Diocese of Funen in Langeland Municipality, Denmark. Until 2007, the parish was in the Sydlangeland Municipality (Funen County), and until 1970 was in Svendborg County. The parish contains the towns of Humble and Ristinge. The parish has an enclave around Skovsgård, between Lindelse Parish and Fodslette Parish.

Humble is a town in south Denmark, located in Langeland Municipality on the island of Langeland in Region of Southern Denmark. It has a population of 604 (1 January 2022). Humble is located about 12 kilometers north of Bagenkop and 14 kilometers south of Rudkøbing.
