The Seonbawi Museum of Art (선바위미술관) is an art museum in Gwacheon, South Korea.

Seoul Racecourse Park Station is a station on Line 4 of the Seoul Subway. Its current name was given in 2000, before that it was called Gyeongmajang-yeok (경마장역, 競馬場驛). True to its name, it is located near LetsRun Park Seoul, a horse racing venue. It attracts large volumes of people, particularly on weekends when thousands of Seoulites flock to the races to bet on their favorite horses. This is apparent in the significant difference between the weekday and weekend passenger usage of this station. The Golf Recreation Park is also accessible via Seoul Racecourse Park Station.

The Korea Racing Authority Equine Museum (Korean: 말박물관) is a horse museum in Gwacheon, South Korea. Established on September 13, 1988, to complement Equestrian at the 1988 Summer Olympics in Seoul, it has over 50,000 visitors annually in a variety of audiences, ranging from the elderly to children. It has roughly 1,500 exhibits in 123 square meters of showroom space. In 2008, a special exhibition was held running over 100 years of horse racing, and in 2009 hosted modern artwork, including painting, sculpture, ceramics and photographs related to horses.

Korea Racing Authority (Korean: 한국마사회; Hanja: 韓國馬事會, KRA) is a public company established to manage the racehorse breeding industry in South Korea. It was founded in 1922 as the Chosun Horse Racing Club (Korean: 조선경마구락부), and was later renamed.

LetsRun Park Seoul, also known a Seoul Race Park or Seoul Racecourse Park is a 40,000 capacity Korean thoroughbred racetrack in Gwacheon, Gyeonggi-do, South Korea. It is host to many of Korea's most valuable thoroughbred horse races including the Korean Derby and Grand Prix. LetsRun Park Seoul is located next to Seoul Racecourse Park Station on Line 4 of the Seoul Metropolitan Subway. It is operated by the Korea Racing Authority (KRA). In the Republic of Korea, the racecourse has been misleading with the negative image of gambling and speculative facilities and has been distorted into a socially problematic place. It's called 'Park'. The name of the station was changed in 2000.

Seoul Grand Park Station is a station on Line 4 of the Seoul Subway network.A shuttle bus from the station runs to the Seoul Museum of Modern Art and the upper entrance to Seoul Grand Park.

Namtaeryeong Station is a station on Seoul Subway Line 4. It is operated by Seoul Metro.The name of this station literally means "great southern pass," referring to a passageway linking Seoul and Gwacheon, between Mt. Gwanak and Mt. Umyeon. Actually this name began from Choson Dynasty. King Jeong-Jo(정조), the 22nd King of Choson, had gone to Hwaseong Fortress, Suwon, where the Jeong-Jo's father was buried on. When Jeong-Jo came back to palace, he passed the hill named 'Fox Hill.' But King Jeong-Jo didn't know about this hill's name, and suddenly he saw one old man, so he asked to him "What is this hill's name?" So the old man answered "Oh lord! This hill's name is Namtaeryeong." However, the one vassal already knew what's this hill's real name; Fox Hill, so he contradict to old man and said "No! This hill's name is Fox Hill." So King Jeong-Jo was really wondered that why old man lied to him. So the old man said "Actually fox is very vicious and sly animal, so I couldn't say the real name to you, because you are the King of us, so I couldn't make a mess to your name, I decided to tell you the better name Namtaeryeong, which means 'Great Hill located on Southern part,' instead Fox Hill." So King Jeong-Jo was so impressed to old man, and decided to change that hill's name Fox Hill to Namtaeryeong. Most of the provincial railways in South Korea were built with Japanese expertise when Korea was under Japanese rule. Trains still run on the left hand side of the track on these railways. But the Seoul Subway, which was constructed much later in the 1970s, ran on the right hand track. Therefore, between Namtaeryeong and Seonbawi Stations, where the two lines connect, the underground tracks must cross over from right hand drive in Namtaeryeong to left hand drive in Seonbawi. It is an island platform with two lines on one side, and a screen door is installed. There are 4 exits.

Gwacheon (Korean pronunciation: [kwa̠.tsʰʌ̹n]) is a city in Gyeonggi Province, South Korea. It lies close to Seoul in the heart of the Seoul National Capital Area, and also lies just east of Anyang. Seoul Subway Line 4 passes through the city. Various attractions usually associated with Seoul, including Seoul Grand Park, National Museum of Contemporary Art, Seoul Land, Gwacheon National Science Museum, and Seoul Race Park are actually located in Gwacheon or its immediate jurisdiction. It is also home to a major administrative center of the Korean government.

Namhyeon or Namhyeon-dong is a statutory division of Gwanak District, Seoul, South Korea. Its name means "southern mountain pass". It is named because there was main mountain pass to pass over Mt. Gwanak in the past.
