Beit Yosef, Israel

Zab'a (Arabic: زبعة), was a Palestinian Arab village in the District of Baysan. It was depopulated by the Israel Defense Forces during the 1947–1948 Civil War in Mandatory Palestine on May 12, 1948, as part of Operation Gideon. It was located 5.5 km northeast of Baysan on Wadi Yubla or Wadi al-'Ashsha.

Yardena (Hebrew: יַרְדֵּנָה) is a moshav in northern Israel. Located on route 90, 13 kilometers north of Beit She'an, it falls under the jurisdiction of Valley of Springs Regional Council. In 2021 it had a population of 370.

Umm Sabuna (Arabic: خربة أم صابونة), was a Palestinian Arab village in the District of Baysan. It was depopulated by the Israel Defense Forces during the 1948 Arab-Israeli War on May 21, 1948, as part of Operation Gideon. It was located 10.5 km northeast of Baysan and the 'Ayn Umm-Sabuna provided the village with water.

Neve Ur (Hebrew: נְוֵה אוּר, lit. Ur Oasis) is a kibbutz in northern Israel. Located in the Beit She'an Valley on the Jordan River and to the south of the Sea of Galilee, it falls under the jurisdiction of Valley of Springs Regional Council. In 2022 it had a population of 356.

Arab al-Bawati (Arabic: عرب البواطي/خربة الحكمة), was a Palestinian Arab village in the District of Baysan. It was depopulated during the 1948 Arab-Israeli War. It was located 4 kilometres north east of Baysan in the Baysan valley.

Al-Hamidiyya (Arabic: الحميديه), was a Palestinian village in the District of Baysan. It was depopulated by the Jewish militias, precursors of the Israel Defense Forces, during the 1947–1948 Civil War in Mandatory Palestine on May 12, 1948. It was located five kilometres north of Baysan. It was attacked as part of Operation Gideon. The population in 1922 was 193, expanding to 255 in 1948.

Al-Zawiya (Arabic: الزاوية), was a Palestinian Arab village in the District of Baysan. It was depopulated by the Israel Defense Forces during the 1948 Arab-Israeli War on May 15–18, 1948 under Operation Gideon. It was located 11.5 km northeast of Baysan. The Crusader Castle Belvoir is located close to the village.

Jabbul (Arabic: جبول), is a depopulated former Palestinian Arab village located 7 km north of Baysan. During Operation Gideon, the village was occupied by the Golani Brigade.

Ein Hoga (Hebrew: עין חוגה) (Arabic: عين السوداء) is a spring situated 4 km (2 mi) north-east of Bet She'an, and to the east of the Kibbutz at Hamadia. It is one of the most important sources of water in the Bet She'an valley. To the east of the spring there are the remains of a neolithic village. near the place was palestinians village named Al-Hamidiyya in whats today is now kibbutz of hamadia

Belvoir Castle (Hebrew: כוכב הירדן, Kochav HaYarden 'Star of the Jordan'; Arabic: كوكب الهوا, Kawkab al-Hawa 'Star of the Wind') is a Crusader castle in northern Israel, on a hill on the eastern edge of the Issachar Plateau, on the edge of Lower Galilee 20 kilometres (12 mi) south of the Sea of Galilee. Gilbert of Assailly, Grand Master of the Knights Hospitaller, began construction of the castle in 1168. The restored castle is located in Belvoir National Park (a.k.a. Jordan Star National Park). It is the best-preserved Crusader castle in Israel.

Kawkab al-Hawa (Arabic: كوكب الهوا), is a depopulated former Palestinian village located 11 km north of Baysan. It was built within the ruins of the Crusader fortress of Belvoir, from which it expanded. The Crusader names for the Frankish settlement at Kawkab al-Hawa were Beauvoir, Belvoir, Bellum videre, Coquet, Cuschet and Coket. During Operation Gideon in 1948, the village was occupied by the Golani Brigade and depopulated.

Hamadia (Hebrew: חֲמַדְיָה) is a kibbutz in the Beit She'an Valley, just north of Beit She'an in northern Israel. It belongs to the Valley of Springs Regional Council. In 2021 it had a population of 421.
